• (2024-07-09) Erin Harvanek: When the extension works, it works great. However, it doesn't update when hitting "refresh data" and if you hit "clear data" it won't work again. You have to completely uninstall and close out the browser and restart, then reinstall to get it to possibly work again. I don't see anyone else having this problem, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

• (2024-06-28) Joel Leavitt: This extension provides an amazing amount of information that, as far as I can find, is available nowhere on any official VA website. I've decided to quit calling the 800 number or VERA for updates, as using this extension provides at least as much, and often more, information than provided by the call centers. The VA should purchase this extension to replace eBenefits claim status! In addition to providing more information to Vets it could reduce call center volume and save taxpayer dollars. Captain Joel

• (2024-05-27) gary albert: Ok so i finally figured it out so I changed my rating. I couldnt get it to sync so I kept refreshing, took the page down and brought it back up and FINALLY got it. I am not tech savvy so its not surprising I struggled.

• (2024-05-08) Vanessa B: Works great. For those saying it doesn't update, go to the bottom of the tracker while on your claim page and hit refresh. If you claim info has changed, that will update.
