Delete All Google Photos Chrome Extension
Description from store

Delete thousands of photos and free up your storage space! For some reason Google won't just let you delete all photos in Google Photos, so this extension automates selecting all photos and deleting them so you don't have to manually click hundreds or thousands of photos. This will help a lot to get rid of the “Gmail is almost out of storage” message.

🌟 “The only way to easily remove your Google Photos library. Saved me literally hundreds of hours of boring clicking. Thank you.” – Reviewer.

After you install the extension, a screen with deletion options will appear. A confirmation screen is shown before the deleting process starts. Then just leave the browser tab open and let it work.

By default, there is a limit of 500 deletions per day. For a small one-time payment that buys lifetime access to the extension on any browser, you can delete without any limits. This is to make the extension worthwhile to update and maintain. Some people don’t realize the amount of work that goes into extensions and think everything should be free. Making good extensions is hard work and requires compensation! We hope you'll understand. 🥺

Note: this extension does not read, store, or transmit your Google Photos or other browsing data in any form. The extension needs permission to access extensionpay.com to manage your paid features, but no information is shared with this site.

Please consider leaving a review! Many reviewers try the extension once, there's a bug, they leave a bad review, the extension is fixed, and then they never update their review, leaving other potential users with a mistaken impression. Your review would help correct this which would help many people, including me. Thanks!

I had tens of thousands of photos and videos stored in Google Photos and this extensions did a great job of deleting everything. It's very fast and thorough. The optional paid version is reasonably priced and lets you delete more than 500 per day. It's exceptionally kind of the developer to allow daily use of the free version for those who can't afford a small fee for an unlimited permanent license.

Worked great. Thanks.

Why a hidden fee? Do you think I WANT to pay $7 if I decided to remove my photos in the first place... I might as well have taken that $7 and gotten $3.5 months of Google One space.
James Partridge
Tremendous extension - saved me loads of time. Was well worth the small payment to stop me paying pointless money to Google for a service i am already getting from another cloud storage provider. Thanks Glen.

Super handy when making the move away from G Photos.

This extension is priceless. Google Photos doesn't offer any way to delete every single photo you have, and that's downright criminal. You're limited to deleting 500 photos every 24 hours with this, or upgrading for $6.99 to delete as many as you have at once, so it's a reasonable way to support the developer if you're impatient.
Hans van Bergen
Works as promissed. Would have taken me weeks to delete all pics at 500 a day! Thanks for this extension.
Norbert Seiler
This extension is performing exactly as promised - deleting a large library of Google Photos (some 35,000 images) on its own. I first attempted to delete my library via Google Photo, however this was a lengthy, laborious process because the app does not have a "delete all photos" function. In Google Photos, photos can only be deleted in chunks of 500 photos at a time.

Not only does this extension tackle something I've been trying to clean up for years; Glen, the creator, is incredibly responsive and helpful. Could not rate highly enough!
Cheryl Rafuse
Great extension. Worth it.
James Jenkins
This was a life saver for me. I could've done it manually but it would've taken hours, this was absolutely worth the one time fee
Bill Crofton
worth every penny to be able to delete all of my photos. I had thousands, and it was taking me forever at 100 at a time. This extension worked like. a charm. I had to restart it several times during the day but I probably had about 140 GB worth. I had backed them up on my Apple account and Google, and did not want to pay for that much storage in two places anymore.
Bogdan Ciocsan
does the job
Dolores Noonan
Since I no longer want to support Google, it was worth the $7 to remove all the Google photos at once vs saying them for storage and taking hours to remove myself. Thank you Glench Extensions!
David Edgar
I never leave reviews, pay the $7 bucks, let this thing do its magic, and profit with your time not wasted. 80,000 photos deleted easily because of this thing, tyvm!
Erik Larson
Excellent, does what it promises easily. Of course Google should have this function itself!
Robyn Steffen
Tries to extort you for money, there's a free alternative, don't use this one.
Bonnie Berry
Best $6.99 spent in a long time. Does as advertised. If you value your time and want to delete photos from google, you would be a fool not to buy it.
Paula Cherie
The extension does what it says it does. I want to keep my personal photos out of my Google Workspace; I also don't like that Google only stores low-res versions of my photos anyway. Amazon Photos is a much better choice for storing full res photos and it's truly unlimited. I had all my photos deleted in a matter of minutes and I had over 6,000 photos in there.
Oliver Dziggel
Great extension. The developer deserves the $7 for making this. (Google deserves to be punished for failing to implement their own functionality, but anyway, moving on...)
Keith Tokoly
Amazing, saved me so much time and definitely worth the money for the delete all option. Thank you!
Mohammad Samim
LIFE saver. The 500 photos for free is amazing but I could not wait and did the all at once feature for lifetime.
Doris Widger
Worth the extra money to get photos deleted FAST!!! I thought it was going to take days but it only took a little while to clean it all out. Thanks!
Misha Wilkinson
It is impossible to bulk delete photos from Google Photos. I wanted to stop using this Google Photos back up service because it backs up photos then they harass you to upgrade to a paid service. And there is no way of deleting more than a few photos at a time which could take hours if you have a few GBs of photos backed up. This extension deleted 500 for free - and you can actually see how the extension works when you use it for the free service. They then ask for a one time fee of US $6.99. I paid this and then within a few minutes all the photos were deleted. Magic! Thanks for this. It's a great extension and saves a huge amount of time and angst dealing with Google Photos. (And shame on Google Photos for creating a back up service and offering some space for free but only as a way to get you hooked into their service and then constant emails to pay for storage, and then not letting you bulk delete your photos if you decide not to continue).

"Delete All Photos" -- doesn't let you delete all photos

Saved me countless hours of manually deleting: So far it's already taken 2.5 hours to delete my photos and it's only about 1/4 done. Google makes it hard to leave their ecosystem for a reason. :/ Pay the $7 to get this already, the dude's a hero.
Jonathan Ng
Worth the one-time fee for my own sanity. No need to manually select thousands upon thousands of photos/videos to delete. The extension does it all while you keep the tab open.
Andrew Semaan
Trickery. App doesn't let you do this for free, bait and switch and only allows deleting 500 per day without a paid upgrade.
Jane HO
I can't believe how easy this was! It was AMAZING. It is not a scam. I did upgrade - so worth the $6.99 one time fee. I had been trying to delete through the Clean Up Storage section and could only delete 32 at a time! I spent hours and hours and then finally found Glenn and this tool. It's a must use!
Michael Massey (Lawyer)
Invaluable! Worked perfectly.
Jamalh Lagrone
This extension is AMAZING!!! After using the free version where you can delete 500 per day, I decided it was definitely worth the purchase! Great price for a great product... Thanks!

works perfectly fine! definitely worth it! google makes it so tedious to delete all photos! wished I found this earlier. wasted way too much time figuring out how to ramp it up! cheers man! :)
Cornelius Gallagher
Works perfectly. I initially got the unpaid version which deletes 500 per day. I paid the extra few bucks to upgrade and thousands were deleted in a matter of minutes. Well worth it!
Thomas Gentilhomme
After searching reddit and the internet for a while a stumbled on this extension and it worked perfectly! To all those users complaining about paying 7$ they clearly did not go through the manual process! I definitely recommend this extension to anyone wanting to delete huge library all at once (mine took around 10min for 27k+ files) Thank you for your work!
Patrick Marino
This was the first time in 10 years of using Chrome I installed an extension. I had over 80,000 objects to remove, $7 was well worth it, it took over 15 minutes to get through them all. I was meaning to get around to doing this for two years now and was excited to see someone found a way to automate it. Was fascinating to see them selected and moved to trash. I recommend if anyone has to remove over 2,000 objects give this guy the $7 and be done with it a few minutes.
Rodney Dickens
i'm not paying u to delete photos you ape. this deserves a 1/10 rating, it caps out at 500 anyways this sucks
JanSeliv
Pay to remove 500+ photos? No, thank you
johnsonbackup2
agree with that last person saying it. The need to pay to delete more is such a cunning move.
Mark Stokes
Thank you, Glen! You saved me countless hours of tedious clicking and spared me the frustration of multiple restarts of the process. I’ve done this cleanup exercise before, so I know exactly how time-consuming it can be. There was no misleading information; you were clear in the overview about the small $7 fee for lifetime access, and it was absolutely worth it—no more than the price of a coffee!
Kristen Jacoby
Worked perfectly and the exact solution I needed. Seven bucks well spent!
Miguel S
Not a scam, but pretty misleading. Preview screenshots and name don't make it obvious that you have to pay to unlock unlimited access to it. 500 images aren't hard to select yourself. Not very generous. Had to select 10k+ media. Do a little more searching on the webstore, theres another one that selects everything all at once for you, for free.

Basic extension but very useful! solved me a big issue

Scam, sorta. Only allowed to delete 500 photos every 24 hours unless you pay. This is not made known until after the extension is installed.
