Bulk Slack DMs extension lets you send direct messages en masse.
It saves you from copying and pasting repeatedly. Not to mention a bunch of mouse clicks.
Disclaimer: This is a paid product.
Instructions:
1. Install the extension
2. Get a license.
3. Enter in the recipient emails in a CSV file and submit it to the extension.
4. Craft your message. You can also send it as an attachment or a block. See https://app.slack.com/block-kit-builder/ for more info.
5. Click on the "Bulk DMs" button.

- This is misleading. This not a web based html plugin, this is just a beacon for a Slack extension, that very often are not accepted to be installed by your slack administrator.

- Excellent tool and timely support from the developer if there's any issue. This definitely made broadcasting DMs on Slack possible. Highly recommended, and will always be my first choice.

- This is a tool that is lacking in Slack and although it's kind of a developer level tool, after uncrossing our communication wires the support tech was very helpful in getting me rolling and was open to suggestions to make the tool more user friendly. If you've ever wanted to send a quick simple Private text message to all of your Slack members at once (you are forced to do that one at a time by Slack) this is your best and only option. Adding attachments and fancy formatting takes a bit more tech knowledge than the average joe but it can be completed, and most importantly -- all at once!
