- (2025-08-13) Joe Meosky: Second time in a month where I've had to uninstall and reinstall this extension because it was causing salesforce to open up multiple tabs at a time, really just a pain to use as of right now. I like how SL can help organize my outreach and keep track of prospects, but when it impacts quality of life in OTHER tools because of a faulty extension, it makes me wish my org would try outreach or something else. Leaving this 1 star review for visibility, so hopefully management at Salesloft takes it seriously and works on this. Thank you Salesloft support for the help, I hope your own team helps you out a bit by making an extension that works... I'm clearly not the only one having issues.

- (2025-04-24) Alec Hendrickson: I used this extension for the better part of 4 years and had almost no issues with it, but this recent update is flat out BROKEN. It crashes every day, and the UI updates are a step backwards. Please please please rollback this update. EDIT 4/24/25 Kurt reached out to ask for more specifics and offer context around the issues and changes. Quality service, and the crashing issue appears to be fixed. Upgrading to 4 stars. It's not a perfect extension but it is useful.
- (2025-04-24) Gary Colón: Apr 24 update: frustrating to use this as it's often buggy and doesn't always work as intended. Jan 24: Salesloft Connect and their dialer is buggy. I wish they would focus on better, more modern mechanisms for their platform with better UI/UX and more stability (specifically referring to the dialer).
- (2025-04-17) Kara Ovian: The extension never works. Have to remove and reinstall 5 times a day. Very unreliable and frustrating.
- (2025-04-14) Ibrahim: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. The worst possible update Salesloft has had in the past 5 years. I have to exit out of the dialer in Salesforce each time I open a new contact. What the hell happened to auto-populating a contact on the dialer, something you've been doing seamlessly for years? The new engineers at Salesloft seem to be moonlighting in their jobs because this new update is worse than garbage. Additionally, I have to disable this extension EVERY DAY because it starts glitching. Every day at the middle of my work day, I have to disable the extension, enable it again to use it. You guys actually suck now. Do not recommend this to my worst enemy, or even people in prison as this may make their life more miserable than it already is :)

Does your company even talk to your customers? Do you use your own software? Do better next time and do it soon.

Salesloft is 100% costing us deals and hindering productivity.

Have had an intrusive persistent banner pop up in chrome that says I need to update, but will not go away. (since fixed). Will randomly stop working (dialer not open, unable to receive or dial, will not dial out until you call multiple times.) Not to mention the UI for actual Salesloft is incredibly not-user friendly just like this extension. Support is pretty much non-existent. Stay away.
