- 👉 ☆☆☆☆☆ (0 stars) – Feels like a scam due to uncontrolled credit usage and misleading UI I contacted support multiple times and was unable to get a resolution to what appears to be a UI-driven billing issue. I upgraded to a paid plan specifically to complete a data extraction that wasn’t finishing on the basic tier. Even after upgrading, the extraction still did not complete, and no additional usable data was returned. More concerning was how credits were consumed. The system expanded beyond the dataset I had selected, using a large number of credits on data I did not intend to extract and cannot use. The UI and upgrade prompts did not make this behavior clear, making it very difficult to control spend. The billing experience was also confusing. I expected to be charged only the difference when upgrading plans, but the charges did not align with that expectation. I requested a refund and attempted to resolve this directly with support, but the request was denied. I have since found similar complaints from other users describing the same issue. Based on my experience, the combination of incomplete execution, unclear credit usage, and confusing billing feels deceptive and difficult to trust. I would strongly recommend caution.

- SCAM, expect fraudulent charges! I had ended my trial with Thunderbit, not wanting to spend any money with then at the time, and after reaching a trial "credits" cap, the website automatically charged me for the upgraded credit package anyway without me ever pressing purchase. The website was deceptive in when I clicked to learn about how to get more credits - without even knowing what credits were - it charged my card. I did not approve of any purchase or upgrade. Even though I had already cancelled the subscription, they sure found a way to charge me without my consent - very deceptive upchrage practices.

- Probably the most useful scraper tool I've found in not tripping anti-scraping bots on websites. Pro-tip: keep a separate window for the site you're scraping, then just don't touch that window (don't scroll, click, type etc.)!

I cancelled within the hour and even checked back the next day. and it said I was on the free plan. I never even used a single scrap because this was not the tool I need. - DOA Dead on arrival. After installing extension in Chrome, and pinning the icon in the browser bar it does not work at all, does absolutely nothing. I checked the extension setting it's enabled. I viewed the tutorial video which never explains how to get it to start extracting anything. Right click nothing there, clicking on the extension symbol no option to start anything. POS waste of my time. Do not download.
