सबसे अधिक संभावना इसलिए है क्योंकि आपके ब्राउज़र में एकाधिक Google खाते लॉग इन हैं। आपको अपने ब्राउज़र में सभी खातों से लॉग आउट करना होगा और केवल उसी खाते में लॉग इन करना होगा जिसे आप हमारे ऐड-ऑन के साथ उपयोग करना चाहते हैं।

I gave it a docx version and it wanted my google account password "to save to the hard drive" which isn't how that works. It felt extremely sketchy, especially since the developers misspelled the word "Cancel" in their dialog boxes. It would be great if someone made this product for real.
