Nexto is an AI-powered todo list app that can generate tasks from any webpage, your emails, or uploaded files.
🌐 Browser tasks:
Automatically create tasks using any text from a website as context. You can use highlighted text or simply create a task from a full webpage. URL included for bookmarking things.
📫 Email tasks:
Just open Nexto while you're in an email thread and it will extract the important details from an email thread, then intelligently generate a follow-up task - including contextual notes, contact and company details, and the perfect due date based on the email(s).
☎️ Call tasks:
This is for all the sales reps out there! You can also load up your call transcripts from demos, cold calls, etc. to extract a list of suggested action items, in which all the context you need is included in the follow-up task

📌 Is Nexto free to use?
- Nexto offers a free tier with a limited monthly task generations. For additional features and a higher usage limit, you can upgrade to a premium plan.
📌 Does Nexto work with any email client?
- Nexto only works with Gmail for now, but support for other email clients is coming soon.
- For other email clients, you can still use the AI browser task feature to generate tasks; it just won't have all the bells & whistles, like contact data extraction.
📌 How does Nexto ensure the privacy of my emails?
- Your data privacy is extremely important to us. We don't store any of your emails, browsing data, or documents, and simply use what you provide to use for creating each task.
- Nexto sends only user-specified data (email thread, highlighted text, etc.) to OpenAI to extract the details. This only happens when you trigger a task creation, and we only send what you provide.
