==============================
Chrome 71 removed the flag that enables per-tab audio muting. This extension allows you to mute individual tabs by a new context menu option or interacting with the extension icon.
Restores the 'Mute Tab' functionality of versions prior to Chrome 71 and Enhance on this.
==============================
The previous version of the extension used belonged to the v2 level and the developer did not update it, so this v3 extension is now available.

Perfect for my needs because as a Twitch moderator I sometimes need to listen to multiple audio streams and the other extensions either auto mute all but the active tab or don't have simply keyboard shortcut functionality to toggle them.

- (2024-10-05) Emerald Universe: Works as intended. You do need to go into your settings/extensions in order to set a key bind as CTRL + T is by default set to opening a new tab, but after setting it up, it works beautifully. It is exactly what I have been looking for and replaces an extension which was being lost to time. Simple, yet elegant.
