It appears to me that this app probably only handles pdf files which have been created using specific pdf creators. I need, we all need, a bit of kit which works. This is not reliable.

Small batch of 20 items is limit so if you have a large batch which you need converted immediately, grab a coffee and sit down and stick to this converter. I was spending more valuable time seeking out a converter but no luck. I was getting stressed and mad. I sat down and within a few minutes I was done and the best part?? FREE.!!! Look at the number of different methods offered here, where can you find better?? Can't. Add it and play with it. See if it fits your needs. If not, erase it. But I'm sure you will use it. I'm no computer wiz but I found magic in this add on. Silly me, today I finally see that it is offered in Chrome web store. The past few years I used a bookmark to go to the page. The quality was overall poor, I didn't receive the font I wanted, and the format was all over the place. I'd recommend users to NOT convert PDF documents to Docx. with this converter.

It's okay to show advertisement in my opinion, maybe show a short video before the processing begins without paying (noone wants to pay for a single use).
