- (2018-01-26) Dennis McConnell: Very shady business practices. I paid for a year and decided a few months into it that I wouldn't be using this service. I went into the account and cancelled my subscription. At least I thought I had. After the year was over I was billed by Dove. I contacted them immediately the same day I was charged. They absolutely refused to refund the charge. Very dishonest and unethical.
