Edited: i fixed the problem thanks to someone down in the reviews, i had to erase just one file from the apps advance settings.

• (2021-03-23) Alex: GUYSSSS!!! Here is how to do it. 1. make a big folder of your games 2. Unzip your game and inside there will be a folder. Copy it and put it in the Dos Box folder. 3. Go to import and tap the folder with the games. 4. Type dir 5 . cd DOSBOX~1 (I named my folder Dos Box so that is what I type.) 6. dir 7. cd "Game" Type the game you want that you see on top in all caps. 8. dir 9. Type in the word that has .exe at the end and resembles the actual game. (For example if I want to play Tetris I type TETRISC.exe because that is what resembles to the game and has .exe 10. It should work. Type in what color and sounds you want if not automatic.

• (2021-02-27) Max Crooks: For anyone having trouble where it just displays a black screen, try going into the settings and deleting "output=opengl" from the launch options. It worked for me!

• (2020-02-20) Jan Kreller: It's fantastic that we have our beloved DosBox as a Chrome Extension. But since it won't recognize the changes made in the config file, it is useless imho. I even can't change from windowed to fullscreen mode although I added the correct lines into the config file. Besides: We need a frontend like D-Fend in ChromeOS!

• (2018-11-13) Mr.Magnum: actually this works you have to go threw some changes in the settings in advanced setup. doom and doom 2 run fine on it but more advanced ones have some trouble loading such as warcraft. i cannot fix the fullscreen or the mouse tracking. the # fixes the black screen but most games wont load. click on the question mark go to advanced setup delete everything and replace it with this: # DOSBox configuration file [cpu] core=normal cycles=10000 [sdl] output=ddraw

• (2018-10-16) Ronald St.Jock III (Ronnie): Anyone having issues with a black screen, Click on the question mark in the lower right hand corner and comment out the opengl handle. Under SDL, put a # in the beginning of the string.
• (2018-09-26) Robert Nussberger: eh... All it is is a big black window. My lg metro phone works for this but when I use the chromebook for this and turn on the DOSBox, it just shows nothing. I am not greeted to the big blue window. And when I type, the letters are invisible. I am learning dos or atleast trying to learn dos, but this dos is not working. If you would like to have my 4 or 5 stars, please fix this issue or inform me if I am making a mistake.

• (2018-09-10) For the users having the black screen issue: Follow this link http://klaig.blogspot.com/2014/07/tutorial-how-to-play-old-dos-games-on.html and then in the advanced setup of DOSBox, find the line that says output=opengl and put a "#" then a space. Click apply and close DOSBox. Open it up and it should work just fine. Not sure how the heck people figured out how to use this but kudos to you! Hope this helps ^_^
