• (2020-06-23) Aniya Turner: worst thing ever! i'm not paying you to make a youtube video! ever! you should be able to make a 15 min video (the max amount of video for UNverified users!) without paying you can't even make a 15 minute video even if you pay. deleting this app and getting a new editor.

This was a bummer, I created a really cool project, but I'm not interested in being a monthly member. Maybe a one time fee, but auto pay, NO THANKS!!!

Couldn't find a setting for that and just picked one that looked fine because the link sent me to what looked like YouTube banners. Did a lot of work, and it doesn't fit in the YouTube banner. It's too big. If the is a YouTube banner setting, make it clearer to find. Looks good, but there's no specifics.

And there is no way to locate it. No way to find it! No way to actually use it as a youtube thumbnail. This thing doesn't have customer service! I left twitter messages. NO RESPONSE. I left Facebook messages. NO RESPONSE. LEFT SEVERAL EMAILS --NO RESPONSE! Left feed back on the web site, NO RESPONSE. So yea...safe to say this gets zero stars if it was possible. How can it be that the instructions on how to view your saved designed is not there! How can it be that once you hit save, thats it. Nothing else happens! How is it there is no customer service chat or phone number to help with simple things like this?

And being gaming youtuber I need thumbnails of certain video games so either try and fix the search words or fix the bugs please. This isn't suppose to be a hate review I'm just trying to identify your problems aqnd hopefully you can fix them in the future.
