• (2023-06-07) Yes no: Although blocksi is terrible, at least that isn't active 24/7. This though, is just trash. If any link has roblox in it, it is instantly blocked. Many educational sites are blocked too. I could learn more playing roblox games than i could on a computer that has iboss. You wanna watch a youtube video about roblox? well you can't. You wanna play a game while you're home on your school computer? No, you can't. You can't do anything that would even slightly be fun.

• (2021-05-02) Tordlepimplewastaken: This extension is the worst ever. This extension blocks everything that some of the websites that the teachers provided me to access. You cannot get it off unless you found a way to bypass it. Do not get this app, Like LAUSD did, It acts like a virus, It blocks stuff like Netflix, Schoology, And a bunch of harmless websites. Even research. And worst? It does not block porn websites! This app makes the computers slow down into an insufferable speed like I am running on 1G Internet, They block websites for the most ridiculous reasons. It causes problems with the applications you are using, Like Zoom, and other Apps. It turns off your computer automatically. The only way to Bypass This Filter to use A VPN. Man, This extension is bad. I had to use a fake account so I can write a review. Why? IT IS BECAUSE iBoss BLOCKS IT!!!!!! It takes your account info including your email and password. Don't waste your time with this. Also, iBoss should be deleted from the Chrome Web Store.

It lags my computer so much and because of this it kicks me out of zoom and turns off my computer randomly. I also can't google things for essays and reports because it blocks half of the things I try to search. Luckily I've found some ways to bypass the search engine (I don't know if this will work for everyone tho) If you want to search something and it blocks it just put spaces between the words in random places, but enough for google to know what you're trying to say. It might not let you go on some of the websites that show up though. If you want to look at some images of something it blocks then google "google images" and click the first link that shows up. It'll show you a search bar and put spaces between the words like before and it'll take you to the image section of google without it getting blocked. Hope this helped you all :)

Wow, blocking important websites such as the UC Application, Collegeboard, Google Docs, and sometimes even google.com is such a good idea! It really helps me get my work done. iBoss is straight up stupid. My chromebook randomly crashes--2 to 3 times a day--right after this application suddenly appeared on my school chromebook. Everything is miserable now, thanks to iBoss and LAUSD.

• (2020-11-09) Carmen Teriez: The worst school blocker extension to date. If you'd think school blockers like the one on LAUSD school chromebooks you used at school back then was the worst, then think again! I had this installed in the middle of us watching Pom Poko and now, i can't even go on my Chromebook without having to suffer from this extension. It turned on Restricted Mode for YouTube and blocked alot of videos that were approppriate (like PrettyMissStudios's Most Girls MEP), DeviantArt, FANDOM and most websites i would usually go on are now blocked thanks to this bullcrap. This also acts like a virus to your computer too by slowing down your internet and can even crash at times! We need this extension taken down by Chrome and have most of our freedom here back! If you agree with me, report this extension and reply! We cannot have a junky extension like this mess up all of our school computers. Worst extension and blocker ever, it deserves a massive 0/10. And to iBoss, here's my little message. CHOKE ON MY RAGE! You made me more stressed and frustrated and my Chromebook will never be the same.

Like I take a quick break to watch some YouTube and like it does it restricts it and its completely appropriate. On my school and non school account. Then i switch my account to my non school account and wanted to check how good it can block things so i look up pretty much a lot of inappropriate stuff and guess what, it can't even block that but can block something that is appropriate meaning it sucks at blocking stuff for all we know it could be uploading a virus and even not it still feels like one. Nothing good from it and just a lot of horrible.
