An unobtrusive editor inspired by iA Writer & LightWrite.
This is a distraction-free app designed for simple note taking and writing. It works offline and your browser will keep your data saved (nerd facts: AppCache & localStorage). You can also synchronize your notes to different devices using the open remoteStorage standard. Just check out the widget in the top right to get started.
And Litewrite is open source, meaning you can help make it better! If you have any problems or suggestions let us know at http://github.com/litewrite/litewrite/issues

- (2017-03-06) Katherine Cornell: I've been using litewrite for a couple of months now, and it's pretty awesome. I created my reading list to remember, and make my homework checklist. The only reason it's not five stars is because I can't change the font or size in litewrite. I hope to see that update in the future.

- (2016-05-20) I really like the concept and design. Two flaws. 1. Have to connect to web before you can use offline. 2. Seems to save file in cache, so will launch offline, assuming you didn't clear cache.

From 5 stars to 2 stars now. :( =========== Use it for one full day, it's a light weight text editor and compatible with Google Input Tools. I hope I can change font size in future update.
