Prototype, Design, and Export to the Web! EvolveUI is a web design tool specifically tailored for user experience designers, information architects, interaction designers, and web developers. EvolveUI is built with HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Enjoy participating in the evolution of EvolveUI as we are actively working on new features and fixing bugs. We are inspired by Macromedia Fireworks.

- (2017-01-05) Damion Gordon: Like Ricardo said it started off with so much strength and now I think its on the back burner somewhere. Apps like Gravit.io and Affinity Designer have surpassed it.
- (2016-06-26) Daniela Oliveira: It could be a great app, but it has a lot of bugs. I couldn't draw anything with the pen tool correctly or put a square in the place I wanted.
- (2016-06-11) Adrián Benavente: I hardly support you're working in develope a replacement tool for Fireworks since I never found another tool that delivers what Fireworks does for web/app layout designers. And it runs perfectly on Linux/Ubuntu.
- (2016-03-21) Michelle Blohm: I hope the development will continue - there's so much potential here. Tried to reproduce a simple email header with a few lines of text, an imported image, background color and a button. I didn't get far and the text kept disappearing and other things were jumpy to use. We still use a combination of Illustrator & FW mostly because we haven't found a suitable replacement for the way we work on some of our projects. Still looking...

- (2015-07-30) Ricardo Zea: This project started with so much strength back when it was announced but after trying the app just now I can see it's not as well developed as I thought. Can't: - Align - Distribute - Flip two selected objects at the same time - Create Pages - When deleting a Page, can't Undo it - Didn't see a way to remove the outline/border of a square I hope they pick up the development of this tool back again. Will try it again in a while and see if it's gotten better.

- (2014-02-18) Harry J: Awesome to see this as a functional prototype Alan! Good decision to make this a Chrome app and work in HTML/CSS. The app UI also looks good. Interested to see how this develops alongside Sketch and how you differentiate the product from what they are doing. Keep going!
