• (2016-09-05) Charlie Apples: I really like this; it's a very simple, cleanly designed minigame. I love a good minimalist game, and I love simulators. This is great to have running in the background at work or while browsing. You check in every once in a while and check your fishes' progress. Very soothing little desktop game. One drawback is that the game resolution is tiny. It's not even as big as the preview image seen here, and you can't enlarge it. Another problem is that fish are rather expensive, but over time it's definitely possible to save up for the pricey stuff. This game is ripe for a remake with a few more features (I'd love to be able to decorate my tank with items), but as it is, it's still fun and addictive. :)

I would rate it better if the following features are improved: a) larger screen; b) help feature; c) precision in buying food and cleaning pollution (every click should buy same amount of food or clean same amount of pollution); d) Either price of selling fish should be increased or buying fish should be decreased. After playing for days, I would not like to see the fish worth $$$ dies in a fight without producing any baby.
• (2016-06-13) Catherine Reidsma: I have kept a rather large amount of fish as a hobby. Many of them showing up on the list in this game. With this being the case, I can honestly say I am loving this little game. It is the first one I have played that actually shows the cleanliness of the water, and then allows the user to do something about it. I am agreeing with everything M Larsen said though. The game is rather tiny. Along with the fact that there is little to no help for figuring out what is going on. I don't really know if fish distractions are good or not. I am guessing you would use it if the fish battle, and that is assuming that the swords mean the fish are battling. I have not run into this yet so I cannot say for sure. The fact that fresh and saltwater fish are being mixed bugs me.

• (2016-01-29) James Flood: Beautiful graphics, One of my favourite aquarium apps. I appreciate their attempt at creating a more realistic aquarium sim (with filters and water changes and the fact goldfish are BIG). I am an Aquarist and I give this game my endorsement, haha.

• (2015-11-03) matt grant: started off with no fish went to the help icon and it brought me to the website which just told me what I already knew. Because it was literally the same thing that they had placed on the google app store... the size of the window it pops up with is atrociously small, probably why I had difficulty trying to play the game in the first place. all in all, terrible glad i removed it.

• (2015-07-31) M Larsen: As a sim, this is an excellent program. It's exactly what it says it is - a simulated aquarium. Fish lovers and sim game lovers will like this. I spent a day with it open in the background, checking on it every hour or so to try it out. There are unfortunately 2 things not going for it: - It's literally like 300x400 pixels in size. (Not kidding: I changed my res to 600x800, and it was still maybe 50% of the screen.) Most people will be annoyed that it's tiny and cannot be resized. - There's no help. No online help, no app help. Your guess is as good mine what actually makes a successful tank. As far as I can tell, you load it up with food and it plays itself. It doesn't tell you the size of the tank, the water type... but you can buy fresh and saltwater fish, and it will stick them in there. No idea what's happening with that. I assume the fish don't like it because every once in a while I see a crossed swords icon, which is RPG for "battle." I think you'll love it or hate it. It's not the kind of game you actively play, but if you like having a little (!) distraction on your desktop and you like aquariums, give it a go.

• (2014-06-25) Nice little thing if you just want something simple to distract yourself with. Make sure to spend beginning money wisely to get fish, then breed them to make money to buy more fish and decor. My only real complaint is how tiny it is. Really, really small, and I can't figure out how to make it bigger.
