This app allows you to easily keep score during a Junior Bible Quiz match and you can quickly look up the JBQ question that is being asked.
To keep score, you just click the point value of the question and then click the box for the quizzer that buzzed in. If they get it wrong, you just click on the quizzer again to change the points from positive to negative. The score app is easy to use since it is displayed just like the quizzers are seated. There is however a "summary view" that will display the score like a traditional score sheet.
To look up a question, you just type the first letter of each word of the question. For quotation questions, just type a Q followed by the words of the question.
The program can be configured to specify the number of 10 point, 20 point, and 30 point questions in the match. You can also configure how many questions are required for a positive or negative quiz-out and how many bonus points are awarded for positive quiz outs.

- This is an incredible app. Easy and intuitive to use for scoring real-time at the same time pull-up questions as fast as it is read in a game. Brilliant work. The stats option is just too good and absolutely brilliantly put. For someone who uses data for decision making, the stats help me in reviewing, strategizing, coaching and mentoring. Find it really hard to identify what is missing in it. I am sure I might find something. Lastly, the support service from the App manager is fantastic. I reached out with a bunch of big queries and suggestions to add-on to the app and within <3 days (going back and forth on e-mail), the suggestions were incorporate. Absolutely stunning.

- Great app for JBQ scoring. I love how easy and fast it is to look up questions. I wish there was a no response button and that you had to click it or assign someone points to move on to the next question. I sometimes accidentily forget to assign any points and move on to the next question and that can mess you up, but I am still new at using it.

- Here are just a few things I like about this app: --Layout that corresponds to the way quizzers are seated (helps prevent mis-entering points) --Easy, fast question lookup function --Ability to save the actual questions from a round along with the scores (so you can see which types of questions your quizzers need to work on more) --Nice big numbers that are easy to see --Easy process for substituting quizzers --And of course, it does all the math for you All in all, it's a very helpful tool. Highly recommended.

- I have been using JBQ Coaches Assistant for a couple of months and really like it. It flows really naturally through the match and is simple to learn/operate. Additionally, it allows you to save each match by date for future reference (new). At $4.99, it is a real bargain. I met the designer and he has a real passion for JBQ. He is certain to continue to improve this product. The designer continues to improve this app - it is super functional right now, but recently he has added tally bars for Judge's Rulings and some useful info about the questions asked in each quiz in the Summary page. I highly recommend this product. BUY! THE BIG PLUS of this program is the question finder that pops up with each question and allows you to enter the question in a shorthand kind of method. No more leafing through pages in a notebook! The questions magically appear. Yea!

- This is a super functional app! Very useful and worth $5. The look of it is pretty basic and could use a little work, but don't be fooled by the simple layout. It is a GREAT tool that I think every JBQ coach should have if they don't have every question in the book memorized word for word (not many do). This is definitely something that should be in your churches JBQ budget. It's worth it!
