- Decent app crippled by poor download resolution. I uploaded a 4K image and downloaded a 900x480 (or something similar) image. If and when this major issue is resolved I will update my review

- This app is AMAZING for photo effects. I was looking for a nice subtle painted effect, and this has SO MANY fantastic options. It's also faster, and less buggy than a lot of the more complicated web apps. I've been using this program to create a painting effect which I then save, and complete more complicated and detailed photo manipulations in pixlr. THANK YOU!!!
