- I love Smartsheet, but the app has one big flaw that is making me give it only 3 stars. When working directly in Smartsheet in a normal tab, if you make changes and try to close the tab or window, Chrome will warn you before closing. The app doesn't do the same. So if you make changes and close the app window, you lose your work.

- This site sucks...very misleading. Why on earth would Google list an extension that cannot be utilized to it's fullest potential. BTW, who's running the marketing division at Smartsheet? You're fired !

- I am in the trial phase right now. I think I am getting the point of the service and like a lot of the features and capabilities. One difficulty so far: using the Chrome App I cannot play the help videos, I get a browser error that Adobe Flash needs my permission to run. I have to re-sign-in from a regular Chrome browser then go to help and the videos will play normally. It seems like the Chrome App is not inheriting the player permission from Chrome.

- Good app and functionalities (Gantt charts), but the service is free for only 30 days. You then have to switch to a paid subscription.

- Now Smartsheet on my Mac desktop. Sweet. It just keeps getting better and better. I love how this company executes its vision. It's solid.
