Open a new tab, see a beautiful nature background paired with a quote from a famous person to sooth and inspire your mind, all at the same time!

1. Moved video backgrounds to external storage to make extension more lightweight
2. Added user input feature for users to add their own quotes into the their personal rotation

It's first iteration only has 20 quotes with 3 backgrounds, but it does the trick and future versions will expand on this!
