• (2018-03-05) Aliya Khan: I did a trial of Hootsuite because I manage several social media accounts. I ultimately decided not to move forward with it and canceled. Weeks later, I find out my account has been charged. After I e-mail them alerting them to the error, they send me an invoice for the account. I have tried multiple times to contact them without any communication. For a social media management site, I am shocked their customer service response is so poor. Would not recommend.

Super easy to use, works seamlessly with the Hootsuite app. My only complaint: when you schedule into Facebook, the post (e.g., any copy) disappears, which is weird; but the photo, title, and first paragraph of the article show so it's still quite clear what's being shared. All in all, I'm happy with it and use it constantly.

SOLUTION FOR YOU: I simply dragged the shorcut to my Bookmarks bar... simply grab it's icon (at the beginning of "https://hootsuite.com/dashboard") and drag to your bookmarks favourites bar.

• (2015-03-30) Jason Deutsch: Easy to use and the extensions for other social media accounts are great. The hootlet app is also excellent. I can surf the web and easy schedule posts when I see an article I like and then check my scheduled posts using this app.

Yet others don't have this issue. I pay for the "upgrade" and it still doesn't work. Not happy with it at all anymore and I don't think I would recommend it.

It also allows you to schedule when to post your tweets or comments to Facebook. This can be handy for the professionals in the work place to plan communications with co workers.

• (2014-09-21) Jeremy Moran: Combine Facebook, Google+, Twitter, all in one place! The FREE version will get you 3 social networks, with all the features you'll need. As an individual, the free version will cover your needs just fine. If you want to use it with a "TEAM" of others, OR get more than the 3 free social networks (of your choice), then you'll be needing their paid version. I've been using Hootsuite for almost a year now, & have been very happy thus far. Keep up the great work Hooters!
