• (2019-06-19) Dave Marques: USE SOME OF THESE FEATURES AT YOUR OWN RISK. Shortly after using the automated email features of Ultradox, my Google account was disabled. Looking under “Why accounts are disabled” on Google’s support website, there is a heading titled “Spamming” that states “Don't send content to people you don't know or to many people at the same time.” Well, sending content to many people at the same time is one of Ultradox’s functions! And this happened after I sent an email to a whopping 14 people… Ultradox allows you to send I think 200 emails per day if you want. Basically Ultradox invites you to violate Google’s terms of service, so if you decide to use it, make sure you read up on Google’s policies and be careful about what you do with Ultradox.

• (2017-06-10) Eric Ferguson: Our experience with Ultradox has been excellent. We've now completely automated several PDF report-submission workflows which were previously pen-and-paper and very time consuming. Our team here is full of technically competent people, but none of us are coders. It's been no problem, the interface is very intuitive. It takes a while to set up, and sometimes the documentation lags a bit behind the latest features and interface appearance, but the support is extremely responsive and helpful, and there is a community ready to help. We've been very pleased. Without Ultradox we would never have achieved the level of efficiency we're at now with several of our reporting workflows, and we would not have been able to rapidly test new ideas.
• (2017-04-06) Angela Matteson: Ultradox is fabulous! Took a short amount of time and a bit of trial and error, but I am now sending filtered email through googledocs/gmail. I feel like there is so much more I can do with ultradox! I've never done anything like this before, so am brand new to mail-merge and filtered mailings ~ if I can do this ANYONE can!! Great product!!
• (2017-03-22) Gautier Bourdonnay: A very useful tool to automate G suite, for the moment I just use it to generate pdfs from G Forms but I think I'll use it for a lot more complex things.
• (2017-02-27) Controller Planeador: Ultrodox is super convenient and easy to use! We've used to generate 1 time reports using data from Google Sheets, as well as generating automatic reports using data from multiple sources and with multiple data processes.

The hard part is figuring out exactly how to use it. It has documentation but could use additional examples of more advanced implementation.

• (2016-12-14) Simon Labelle: It took me a few hours to set things up properly; the documentation could be improved about the advanced features: More comprehensive tutorials and examples would be greatly appreciated. That said, if you are willing to put in the efforts to master its features, Ultradox will save you a lot of time. And as the proverb says: 'time is money'. A paid subscription is well worth it. Forget about tedious repetitive template filling and start living. Thank you Ultradox. : )

• (2016-11-02) Finance Dept: This app has so much potential...if you can figure out how to use it. Would suggest more extensive tutorial videos. I can see the potential, but it has a significant learning curve.
• (2016-10-23) Ronda Birtha: I can' say enough about Ultradox! First of all - I did a lot of research to find the tools that I needed to accomplish a job for a client. I looked into many other solutions - all of which required special integration with at least two other services, each with its own fairly steep learning curve. Don't get me wrong - there is a serious learning curve to using Ultradox too - but it's been a "one-stop-shop" for me and an answer to a prayer. Now that this one job is done, I'm anxious to see how else I can use Ultradox for myself and my clients.
• (2016-10-20) Cara Cathcart: Send Professional Newsletters in Google Docs! Best yet, it's free. I am NOT the most computer savvy person, so it took me a few tries to understand the best way to do layouts and sending. Still learning, but it's pretty easy to use!

• (2016-10-18) Evan Taylor: Amazing! I feel like I have just scratched the surface of the power of this application. I am a lawyer and the potential for this application to allow for document assembly and communication management is immense. Some have said the learning curve is steep, but if you have any experience in creating simple program logic and you can sit down and map out your flows the documentation is so well done that you should be a pro in no time. I am so glad I found it!

• (2016-09-18) Chris Wilson: Very powerful! It has a lot of options to help with workflow on just about any document or email you can think of. I was reluctant to take one start away and the only reason is that there is a steep learning curve and it would be difficult to explain to less technically inclined employees.

We used to have our phone volunteers write donor information onto physical forms and then we had to manually re-enter the information into our database. Now, the volunteers just use a google form, and everything gets done in the blink of an eye! Thanks Ultradox!

• (2016-08-24) Lonnie Sansoucie: Honestly Ultradox has saved my organization quite a bit of time. We run a rather large gaming community, and get ~80 apps a day. Using Ultradox and google script together, we can easily filter through the applications and send personalized emails to those who aren't detailed enough! We are also introducing subscription based news letters using this system, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

So, I reviewed quite a few document automation systems, but none offer the excellent documentation and sophisticated workflow that Ultradox does. I still have some learning to do, it's pretty comprehensive in its capabilities.
• (2016-07-30) Kenneth Chee: Extremely powerful cloud tool that greatly expands the usefulness of google docs. Took about an hour or two to get the hang of - then I was up and running, automating the most complex tasks imaginable. The advantage of Ultradox is that it is extremely flexible and allows you to automate almost anything you require for your office needs. Once automated, those tasks are performed dependably, to perfection!

Can't get emails to send on from a form submission. Time will tell. For the time being I'm working around the optimal solution through my website service provider but is less than optimal
• (2016-07-06) Harrison Turley: Awesome tool! I didn't realize exactly how much time I was wasting when trying to run and format reports. Working in a small company means there isn't much time to spend learning how to utilize new tools but Ultradox was quick and simple to pick up and begin using.

I am going back through every process we have and automating it with this. Its easy to use, and their built in templates are actually really powerful by themselves! Highly Recommended.

• (2016-05-24) Shafter Stingrays Entries: This is a great tool. I was using a similar tool last year but that tool vanished on me. I realized the day before we went live that the old add-in no longer worked. In that day I was able to install, configure this add-in, create a template and get my form emailing content within a few hours. It was so easy to use - yes there were a few gotchas but I was able to figure them out quickly. By go live time my form was sending personalized emails to my users. I was very happy!

• (2016-03-15) Allan Jorgensen: This is one of the most underrated program i have visited. Really binds all the great google tools together and allows for actual automated workflows. Currently there are still a few bugs etc, but both times i encountered them a email to developer meant that they were solved withing 24 hours.

• (2016-03-07) AdminTeam Lhpm: I am a system engineer working with integration of systems for more than 30 years and have found Ultradox to be an extremely powerful tool in the "early" days of google apps. The process used is similar to that which are used in highly complex SCADA systems to configure the automation of large system integration of multiple technologies each with their own and different application software. To make a tool that is flexible to suit different requirements is not a simple task but it seems that they have mastered it very well. The potential is unlimited and time investment in this product should be worth it.
• (2016-03-02) Vicky K: A friend helped me to create an enrollment document. Every time that I change this work flow, it wouldn't take the change. Turned out that I also needed to change an email template, so just keep in mind that there are other flowing documents, and when I searched their support page, it's not obvious. This is a powerful tool but a challenge to learn.
