  • (2023-08-26) Philip Holt: On all current browsers including chrome it says this plugin is not supported. Will allow snapshot photos. My cameras are quite old - dcs-2120.
  • (2022-04-15) Mircea Mihaiu: Doesn't work on Chrome. Doesn't work on Safari...Doesn't work D-Link...I'll change...
  • (2020-12-19) J B: "This plugin allows you to see live video from mydlink cameras on mydlink portal." LIES It's 2020 and DLINK is still recommending we use IE to display a video stream..
  • (2019-12-07) Roger Høiås: Does not work
  • (2019-09-06) cm lee: no comment
  • (2019-08-20) Kyle: The plug in doesn't work and they have no plans nor the talent available to fix it. THESE CAMERAS ARE F'ING USELESS
  • (2019-08-17) Ryan Newbloom: The app has not been truly updated in years, and it is barely functional on modern browsers. It crashes constantly. It's pretty much worthless. The camera is garbage and overpriced. I greatly regret the purchase.
  • (2019-08-15) Mike Kalczynski: When it works, it works. However for whatever reason it just sporadically stops working altogether and just gets stuck 'loading'... Would be an OK app if it was more reliable, but it's been 'loading' for a week now. Even uninstalled Chrome and the app to no avail... Please advise!!!
  • (2019-08-12) Giorgio House: It was ok but for 3 days it's not working anymore...It keeps "loading"...and nothing more. Impossible to contact dlink. They don't even have a Facebook account. I tried with Microsoft Edge , Opera and Firefox and...it doesn't work as well.
  • (2019-08-12) Peer Maenen: Doesn't work at all, can not see any of my camera's with this plugin. Removed it after several attempts
  • (2019-08-10) Jiří Dvořák: Does not work with latest version Chrome (Ver. 76.0.3809.100)
  • (2019-08-09) Raul Silverio: THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!!!!! You want to be sure of waste money, buy dlink....
  • (2019-08-08) Corey Barelli (Tears): I liked it, and it was working fine for me. Then all of a sudden one day I went to start up my cameras and, its just keeps loading at the screen where it says "Launching mydlink services plugin". Please fix this
  • (2019-08-01) Kiko Rural: I am using this plug-in for a while then one day it suddenly keeps on loading, and I can't access my cctv on chrome. Before it asks permission to activate plug-in everytime I open google chrome for first use. but now it automatically load its own. It stuck on loading.
  • (2019-07-26) Paul Sissons: The MyDLink Portal does not work properly with Google Chrome on Windows. There seems to be a resolution issue (as though zoomed way in) with the extension. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the extension without success. It would appear that the only way to get the live view to display correctly is to use the ancient (and very insecure) Windows Explorer browser. Very disappointed with DLink technology. I have started to migrate to Nest which has far better quality and technology. Yes it is more expensive but worth it.
  • (2019-07-14) Elie: Doesn't work
  • (2019-05-31) Watist Pokawattana: It's work.
  • (2019-03-18) Alex Lemaresquier: Not only their cameras are poor quality (stop working every once in a while, update is a pain: got one killed by wifi update because I was too confident and I clicked on that nag button, ...) but this so-called extension is the worst thing I've ever seen since the 80's: I've just found what's eating 100% cpu and 66G of RAM on my Mac every day :( :( :( Disabled for ever and so long dlink, I will not miss you
  • (2019-02-20) TK421: I'm running Chrome Version 72.0.3626.109 and mydlink.com shows a black screen most of the time when viewing the live camera in the browser.
  • (2018-12-15) Петров Сергей: Not working in Chrome. Can`t connect to the cameras.
  • (2018-11-04) Suzanne: I am using Chrome - Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit). I cannot get to the advanced setting. I tried FF - 62.0.3 (32-bit)- but it no longer supports your plugin. The very long and ridiculous work around is I have to sign in with Chrome, go to camera's advance settings, let the browser tell me to try another browser, copy and paste the IP address into the FF browser. I can't get the site to function 100% with just one browser.
  • (2018-10-10) Gary Sharlow: Junk. Does not work with any browser on any computer. Who does your web interface programming? Monkeys? Go buy some other brand.
  • (2018-08-29) Mikael Andersson: Does not work on Chrome V.68 when "Block third-party cookies" is turned on (default).
  • (2018-08-23) TheUncleGrant: Slow to load, unreliable, outdated, I can't believe DLink can't fix these issues.
  • (2018-08-22) Trevor Beer: It just doesn't work. Wasted 45 mins trying to install into chrome and firefox. Needs to be sorted!
  • (2018-08-17) Christopher Hall: Worked perfectly for years - now it tells me I have to reinstall the plug in, but the install button only takes me to the install page . . . useless. Glad I can still use my phone , but this sucks.
  • (2018-07-29) abdallah moussaoui: ok DCS 5020L
  • (2018-07-04) Steve Rice: Can't get past "Connecting to your device". I seem to remember some kind of fix about reducing the resolution on your computer or something, I'll just waste the battery on my phone instead I guess. They should just update the plugin for us so it will work.
  • (2018-06-23) Rick Haaland: Half baked software is doing nothing but frustrating customers. Please get the product right before shipping. Its slow, awkward and horribly designed.
  • (2018-06-01) Douglas Trouette: Jeez... Get it together DLink.
  • (2018-04-25) Guillaume Faure: not working with Vivaldi :(
  • (2018-04-20) Alessandro Martins: Does not work with Google Chrome 66. And it Chrashes the browser. Remove this crap from store.
  • (2018-03-29) Amir: it does its job but i cant record video using this plugin . i have to use the app
  • (2018-03-28) Rohan Mehra: SO unnecessary! This should not be required to access your device remotely. I suggest going with QNap (I use one of those as well as a D-Link). FAR better usability.
  • (2018-03-19) Kim L. Jacobsen: This plugin has not been updated for more than 2 years, and it doesn't work in the current version of Chrome. Shame on you D-link.
  • (2018-03-03) Collin Harris: constantly crashes and even reloading doesn't help on my Windows 7 with Chrome laptop.
  • (2018-02-27) Jaroslav Dvořák: Why do I always need to install anything, it worked some time, now not possible to install. You designers, you all have so GREAT job!
  • (2018-01-31) jp (GloobyBoolga): Needing a different browser or a plugging just to manage a specific D-Link camera is ridiculous. This feels like a marketing ploy to get people onto mydlink. To bypass the javascript browser check on my D-LINK DCS-942L, I just jump strait to the menu: https://192.168.2.12/eng/liveView.cgi
  • (2018-01-21) super
  • (2018-01-16) Michal Sanak: The plugin never works in Chrome.
  • (2018-01-13) Kelvin Minn: not work on chrome as their... as https://eu.mydlink.com/faq?_=1515848580079#id-menu_SD19/ans-216 https://eu.mydlink.com/faq?_=1515848580974#id-menu_SD19/ans-221
  • (2017-12-26) Bobby Vest: Just installed the canmara and google plugin. Works just fine. I have windows 10 64 bit linksys wrt 1900 acs router. Firmware updated right away and everything seems to be working the way it should, no problems.
  • (2017-12-18) Elisha Sinclair: We've used this app for a baby cam and to monitor our house for over three years and have never had any problem with it! we love it and plan to expand our coverage to include the hard drive back up option
  • (2017-12-15) Jana Mixon: I've had this for a couple of years and spend too much time fixing issues. Very frustrating, from my experience, get something better than dlink.
  • (2017-11-29) Tiger J: WTH? This application hasn't been updated in 3 years!! No wonder it doesn't work in any browser interface! Works fine on an Android phone.. But some sit at computer at work and like to watch over things and can't! Pointless! Lies - Consumers and small-business owners can connect to the D-Link cloud devices from their smartphones, tablets or via the web portal (<--BS) at mydlink.com even when they're on-the-go.
  • (2017-11-28) Wayne Jory: I've had nothing but troubles with my Dlink camera and setup. I've had it for 2 years and it's going in the trash now. What a waste of time.
  • (2017-11-08) elyk remmuk: Same as all the rest. PLUGIN DOES NOT WORK ON CHROME on my Mac! Fix it already D-Link. Or just keep spinning, just keep spinning. Dummy-Link... Also why have a review tab if no one at D-Link reads them to see of there is a problem to fix? You'd think if there are this many bad reviews they might take notice of 2 stars.
  • (2017-11-08) Jennifer Liu: Doesn't work. Just keeps saying "connecting to device" then errors out after a few minutes about bandwidth/firewall issues. But I can check my cameras just fine on my phone and tablet, and I've already tried disabling my firewall. Please fix this.
  • (2017-10-27) Paul Bangkok: rubbish continually crashes. will return product and get somehting that is up to date!
  • (2017-10-12) SevenSixTwo2012: OK, HERE's HOW YOU GET THIS TO WORK, but you have to follow these steps EXACTLY: 1) Download Mozilla Firefox ESR 52.4.1 (32 bit) and install it. It can coexist with other versions of Firefox or other browsers like Chrome, etc. 2) Run Firefox ESR 32bit, go to the mydlink page, log into your account and download/install the plugin as per their instructions. 3) Once the plugin is installed, go to Tools, Addons and Plugins and make sure that the plugin from Dlink is set to "Always Activate". 4) Close and restart Firefox ESR 32bit, log in on mydlink and all should be working fine now. NOTE: Plugin only works on the 32bit version of Firefox ESR. A 64bit is also available, but it will not work on it. I tried! So, after a lot of frustration and fiddling around with Chrome, this is the only thing that worked. As a bonus, the screen in live view is scaled down properly, even on my 4k TV monitor. Surprisingly, the plugin also started working in Chrome once I set everything up in Mozilla Firefox ESR 32 bit. In Chrome though, the screen in live view is cut and I can only see the corner of it (useless). Mozilla works great though, as intended. I hope it helps. Good luck! ;)
