- (2023-06-15) Tracy Pearce: It doesn't compare to the ease of use of other similar applications and they are clearly trying to rip people off by offering a free trial that you are then unable to cancel before payment is taken. I have emailed the company four times over the last week explaining that I can't afford to pay for this subscription and that I cannot access my account to cancel it due to a server error on their website! The only response that I have received to date is an automated response stating they are a tiny team and will contact me as soon as they can! Well a fat lot of help that was! Absolutley disguting behaviour and I would only reccommend that people stay as far away from it as possible!
- (2022-03-03) Maya Love: The only way Haiku Deck is making money is by NO REFUND POLICY FOR PEOPLE WHO FORGET TO CANCEL THEIR TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION FROM A TRIAL THEY DID NOT USE!!!! THEIR SYSTEM IS OUTDATED.
- (2018-10-12) I have been using Haiku for a while to create content for my business. I find it much, much easier to create a well crafted message using Haiku than I ever could with something like powerpoint. It is super easy to get started. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about the royalties on the images. The best bit is that the act of creating the deck and selecting the pictures often makes it easier to be creative rather than harder. I do not have a support contract as such, but I have found the team to be very, very, very helpful on the occassions when I have needed help. I had a reall emergency this week and thought that I had lost lots of work and they were able to help me. In short it is a brilliant tool. The support service is great. It is easy to use and affordable. What is not to like?
- (2018-05-25) Kartik Mahajan: Most underrated presentation tool on the market! The app allows me to easily create presentations which have carried me both through schoolwork and my extracurriculars. If you have a chance, do yourself a favor and check it out!
- (2017-02-03) Angela Cotner: I am a college professor. Haiku Deck has completely changed the way I teach. I now put PPT notes online for students to review before class. In class, I use the Haiku Deck I have created as a way to foster discussion. Two of my colleagues and I have used Haiku Deck in our faculty presentations, and it has changed the way others are now doing presentations. Presentation Zen and other books have touted this image-based philosophy for several years now, and Haiku Deck is the easiest way to transition away from boring bullet points to beautiful images that communicate much more effectively. My students love it and have used it to create their own presentations. The upgrade to the editable PPTX is well worth the money!

- (2016-10-17) Anthony: Fantastic app! Does EXACTLY what I want it to do. Think of Haiku Deck as offering all of the best features of Keynote, but with the blazing speed to complete even the longest of presentations, and with beautiful backgrounds rich with color and texture, and text which pops on the screen even with backgrounds of multiple colors. Haiku Deck truly is the best presentation app not only on the Google Chrome Web Store, but on the Internet in general. If you try just one presentation app, let it be Haiku Deck. I promise, you will not be disappointed!

- (2015-03-13) Allan Starkey: Best presentation tool out there. Haven't found anything superior. Taught me the importance of graphics over text for creating compelling slide decks.
- (2015-03-12) Ham: I love using it because it can be so simple. But there is one major defect: It glitches INSANELY! This makes it twice as long to complete every slide! I have lost work despite it being saved and the text on my slides will suddenly change to gibberish. No matter how many times I try to undo it,the rubbish stays. I do realize Haiku Deck is still relatively new and just got out of beta mode, which is why I gave it a 3 stars instead of a 2. In comparison to many other beta programs I have tried, this was not too bad(though still the most glitchy). I enjoy the diversity of available pictures, and I recommend using the templates. Another issue I have is with the page freezing. When this happens I open a new tab and restart where I left off from there.
