• (2018-03-28) Luiz Cent: I've been paying for Buffer for 2 years now. I have the business plan and can connect 25 accounts. I've loved all the new features and how the company keeps up with the constantly changing social media APIs. I am rating it a 4 because I have to come in here and delete and reinstall the app since it's been bugging on me. (What customer service suggested) We pay for Buffer to save time. Debugging should be done at the customer service level, especially when you send a video of the issue!

• (2016-07-07) eleaftha felts: Found buffer a few months ago for my mobile device and I love it. It make it so easy to post throughout the day. I don't have to worry if I'm making social media schedule. All you have to do is type your post, schedule the time you want it posted to your social media platform and add it to the queue. I type my posts in the morning and don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day.

• (2015-02-06) Janet K. Schmidt: Well I thought I found my answer to scheduling posts. Buffer was working great and posting my scheduled posts to my G+ page. That was then, this is now. Now it will not post ANYTHING to my G+ page. I emailed customer support but according to the "Important Notice" the Buffer staff is off for the week for some much needed "playing" time. I still can't get Buffer to post anything but hey, I'm glad your staff is having fun!

• (2015-01-10) Tambre: Menu bar clipper keeps crashing on Chrome - either won't launch or gets stuck in spin mode. It used to work fine but starting around December 2014 it stopped. Waste of my time to keep deleting and adding to my extensions to try to get it to work. Very buggy!! I don't want to have to launch the web page every time I want to buffer something.
