Tämä laajennus on suunniteltu lataamaan verkkovideoita ja se eroaa useimmista videolatauslaajennuksista. Se voi ladata ei vain tavallisia MP4- ja WEBM-videoita, vaan myös HLS-videoita ja HLS-suoria lähetyksiä, jotka ovat tällä hetkellä suosittuja verkkovideoiden toistossa. Se muuntaa HLS-virrat yhdelle MP4-tiedostolle ilman kolmannen osapuolen työkaluja.
