- I installed it, but it doesn't show up under Extensions or Chrome apps. Now I have no way either to use it or to uninstall it.

- Works like a charm! First, I renamed the locked PDF form to .PS (Postscript) file Opened the .PS file in this PostScript Viewer app Download is back as PDF I successfully printed the form to PDF Bravo
