This "Cloud Split Downloader" app enables you to split-download a file into several chunks like download accelerator, and then join them together to recreate the original file.
You can choose a file from Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive directly.
This app only works locally without going through the server. You don't need to install any further software or extension.
Supports Chrome, IE10+, Firefox.
