This is just a shortcut to Chrome downloads page.

When installed, it will add "Downloads" button to your apps list (on the "New Tab" page and in the Chrome App Launcher).

Click the icon and you'll open the "downloads" page. That's all this "app" does...

Nazo San 2016-05-08: Looks like it no longer works with newer browsers. No button is added, nor can I find it anywhere to manually add to a bar.
