• (2016-08-17) Gary Hassay: I can log into Quickbooks through my mobile browser but I can't log into Quickbooks either online or through this app. And, I can't get help for Quickbooks through the website which routes me through endless unhelpful documents and does not let me call or email a person. So, I'm left to give a one-star review in the hopes that I can communicate with someone. Thanks in advance!

• (2016-04-21) Nick Lodowski: Wanted to go from online to desktop because of high cost of online. Learned that they are two different applications and now i have to learn desktop. Really??? Two completely different applications. And another thing, transfer of account info into desktop was such a pain since Quickbooks does not support the latest microsoft browser (edge) - and you must use microsoft, no chrome or firefox allowed. You have to send it to a computer with vista or 7 that has explorer 10 or 11. Wow, i upgraded to windows 10 almost a year ago and their "tech support" still have not caught up yet. Amazing they have so much market share. We need more competition to weed out lame apps like this.

• (2015-11-12) Mike Whitmore: I dont understand why this is available in the chromestore when you cant use it... it basically creates an app that adds a shortcut... thats cool however when you try to run the shortcut it says its incompatible with my browser and i should upgrade to chrome.... its a chromebook with ahhhhh Chrome....

• (2015-08-17) Jeffry Caudill: Long time QB desktop user. The online version is no where near as intuitive. I gave it a shot, but it's so clunky I had to go back to the desktop. Why not base the online interface on the desktop version which has been around forever?! Very disappointed.
• (2015-08-14) Meir Lipnick: QuickBooks Desktop rules! QuickBooks Online is buggy and I keep losing clients because of lost data and mixed up data. Worst thing ever. Fix it soon or I will switch all of my clients over to another online platform when you stupidly discontinue the desktop edition. QBOL is not professional software.

• (2014-07-29) Silvia Evans: If you learn how to use this app, you will love it. It's not the same as QuickBooks desktop, so don't expect it to be. Keep an open mind and take some training. This is the future of QuickBooks.

Why don't you allow us you to use Quickbooks for Windows, like we do on Android and IOS. We should not have to pay double since we already pay for Mobile access with QB Pro Plus???

• (2013-08-29) Jen Jpeg: Ok, by default THIS DOES NOT WORK ON NEW CHROMEBOOKS. QBO treats it as a mobile device. You need to Get the User Agent Extension and switch the user agent to something else like IE10 and it will work. please fix this QBO !

This extension appears to be a way to gain exposure in the Chrome store (i.e., free advertising).
