Image Focus navigates directly to the image when your intention was only watching an image and not a full-blown website full of stuff. Please, take a look to the screenshots for further clarification.

Because your needs may vary, Image Focus provides a contextual menu from where you can activate/deactivate it on a per-website basis. If the current page isn't supported, you have an option to suggest that we should support it.
Version 1.25 fixes some issues and adds support for more websites.
