  • (2020-01-18) Dillia J. Bundy: I love it! I wish I could customize the layout of the ideas a little more but it works very well and gives you plenty of color and design options that make it very pleasing to the eye. It's easy to work with and simple enough for you to get started right away. This works perfectly if you are writing plot lines for stories. Yes, there is a monthly charge but it's well worth it. Plus, you can download the Story Outline when you're done and delete the old one if you need more space or don't want it crowding up the rest of the outlines. I have written four books using this software and I plan on continuing to using it for many more.
  • (2020-01-16) Roberto Longobardi: It's well made, but since it started requiring access to ALL my Google docs documents I stopped using it.
  • (2020-01-08) Jade Santos-Flay: can't do anything without paying for it.
  • (2019-12-10) Matt Smith: BE VERY AWARE OF THE PERMISSIONS YOU GRANT IT! By granting it permission to your G-Drive, you grant it FULL PERMISSION TO DELETE **ALL** OF THE FILES ON YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE (stated in the authorization window). It was good up until the last time I logged in. It CONTINUOUSLY asked for a login/authentication every 10 seconds, to the point where I could not access my mind map. After the new permissions request, I'm cancelling my account. There is no freaking way I'm ever granting FULL access to my G-Drive to ANY app.
  • (2019-12-02) Oliver: Comfortable, Easy to use.
  • (2019-10-23) Todd: Not intuitive at all. I have used other mind map products and they are much more user-friendly. I wanted to link to a file-one of the simplest functions such a program should do. not worth the effort
  • (2019-09-29) Anh Nguyen: good
  • (2019-09-18) Docorp Talent Dev: good
  • (2019-06-28) Ray Huang: no pay, no jpg export
  • (2019-04-15) topotun Bear: As good as it posible
  • (2019-04-04) Maik Wiesmüller: app itself is awesome but it requires too many permissions
  • (2019-04-03) Shawn Graven (Zekrom_Vale): Again, limited mind maps!
  • (2019-04-02) Hemant Gavande: nice app for format thoughts
  • (2019-03-15) very good. 100%
  • (2019-02-27) Cameron Wilson: Deceptive free version. I don't normally write reviews but this company has been deceptive on their offering. After a team created our mind map for an afternoon big meeting, we then discovered it could not be printed or exported without sigining on for 6 months (with automatic renewal). Given I work in a large agency that won't happen for this afternoons meeting. Time and work lost! They should be much more upfront that this is a demo version and there is no monthly plan only annual or 6 months. As I said, deceptive.
  • (2019-01-29) Evgeny Mazovetskiy: The app itself is super. But it requires too many permissions, so I'm afraid of using it
  • (2018-12-07) The Sad Seal 2: Electric Boogaloo: I like nearly everything about the app, but the limiting of how many maps you can have is one of the big turn-offs for me. If you could have more than 3, I would absolutely give this a higher rating.
  • (2018-11-11) Great design with absolutely unusable controls. How I add second level topic? Why introduction not working?
  • (2018-10-16) Rick大龜_李明鴻: good
  • (2018-10-04) Michelle Peterson: Clunky, couldn't save my mind map
  • (2018-08-27) Daniel Paixão Fontes: Free users don't have any cool feature.
  • (2018-08-18) David Jimenez Vasquez: it tries to close the browser window every 20 seconds
  • (2018-08-06) Caleb Geizer: It keeps trying to exit after 5 seconds, completely unusable.
  • (2018-07-15) Heather A: The format and function of the app tools are wonderful but there appears to be a major bug. After a few milliseconds I am prompted with a window asking if I want to leave the page, when I am not doing anything to warrant such an action. I'm not trying to exit the app or even the document. In fact, I'm trying to WORK on the document when this occurs. This error makes it impossible to complete anything in the app. It leaves it completely useless. Please fix this bug or whatever it is that's causing this. For now, since the issue is such a hindrance I cannot complete any tasks and must delete my account.
  • (2018-07-04) Vitor de Andrade: Did not work for me. Did not even pass the first onboarding message, that asked me to add a title for the mind map
  • (2018-06-01) Charlton C. Tod: It keeps trying to exit after 5 seconds, or asks me to sign in again. I can't even use it now.
  • (2018-02-20) Jess McKenzie: really buggy.
  • (2018-01-07) Dale Pulliam: Unless I'm missing something, there are absolutely no instructions included with the app. Yes, I know I can Google it, but name any other app you use that gives you absolutely no information whatsoever on how to use it. Also, for all practical purposes there is no Free Version.
  • (2017-12-31) Jean-Lou Dupont: Simple, beautiful, productive.
  • (2017-12-17) Asher Rose: You can't even backspace a typo!!
  • (2017-12-07) BoBo Jake: Fake app where leads to a team management app. It sucks!
  • (2017-12-03) Ankon Ivan: Doesn't download in ANY format for free users.
  • (2017-10-17) Humberto Cervantes: I like the application but the fact that it requests access to see and manage all of my google drive files makes it unacceptable for me. I will not use it anymore until this is changed.
  • (2017-05-17) Matt Jackson: Go with Mindomo. Way better.
  • (2017-05-04) We use this for work and it's very glitchy. The Mind Maps freeze up for no particular reason and we end up losing unsaved content. Navigating within the Mind Maps is also cumbersome and frustrating. If you plan on creating large, complicated Maps look elsewhere. We plan to.
  • (2017-03-09) London Blogs: outstanding
  • (2017-03-08) Admin GN: fake downloading options. All the work I put for nothing... just so I will end up downloading empty file.
  • (2017-01-30) Aurora Phoenix (AuroraPhoenix44): There are better options out there.
  • (2017-01-08) Boris Belloc: You can have only 3 mind map if you don't pay... that's not what I call "a free application".
  • (2017-01-04) Rodrigo Correa: no pay, no gain
  • (2016-12-15) Johnathan Appleseed: I have been using MindMeister for 8 years now, pretty much since their beginning. Overall I think the service is really excellent. We now use it extensively at my own company to plan sprints and to create wiki mindmaps summarizing the most important current facts about our business and operations. The combination and integration with Google Drive is very helpful and makes searching things easier for us. While the iOS apps were not that great in the beginning, they work quite well now. One comment about the pricing: As the owner of another software company myself, I have to point out that the pricing is fair. If you use MindMeister right, it will be very valuable for you and it contains many features now which need continuous development and maintenance. MindMeister has been an essential tool for me for many years which I can't think of leaving. I hope that in the future there will be more APIs and integration with other apps.
  • (2016-11-03) Jefferson Azevedo: It's paid, too limited for free users
  • (2016-09-10) Denny Soewarno: good
  • (2016-09-06) Ryan Swart: Needs a subscription to undo? Accidentally deleted a node and had to redo everything! Pity because software is pretty good otherwise; but cannot recommend anyone using the free version seriously until there is some way to recover lost data.
  • (2016-07-28) Jacob Bannink: Using the personal version. Can use it everywhere Pc and mobile. Perfect MindMap software. Fits my needs.
  • (2016-07-15) Mezősi Miklós: Mindmeister is simply fine!
  • (2016-06-29) Bernie J Mitchell: The way MindMeister syncs between all my IOS devices and then opens up inside google apps allows me to keep track of ideas. There are some great mapping tools, of the ones I have used in the last 15 years this one works best for me. The I'd give five stars if the task option synced with google tasks rather than just a calendar feed. More than worth the few £ subscription a month!
  • (2016-06-29) ahmed maher: loved it!!!
  • (2016-05-24) Frank Franzlik: Only a kind of "offline" modus is missing. Everything else is perfect. One of my most often used tools.
  • (2016-05-10) M R: There isn't any logical back buttons. There isn't a help. There isn't a way to pull back from the chart. And lastly, it says its synched with my G Drive....but I cannot find it. Sorry this is too hard to use. NOw I cannot undo what I did because someone else is logged into "brainstorm" mode. Geash!
