Perfect for reminding yourself of taking hourly breaks or think about how awesome you are regularly.
Works offline and after opening the app once, it can be safely closed and still give you pretty notifications when you told it to.

- (2020-07-28) Jonathan Baker: It didn't actually produce any notifications for me. I could open a settings windows to adjust the timing or flip the off switch, but whether I closed that window or not, nothing else appeared.
- (2019-05-06) Mohsin Ali: durning development this extension let me pause after 20 mint so healthy for eyes.
- (2019-03-06) Ning Cao: good
- (2017-11-19) Tim Hough: Works ok, but there are do settings! I want to only have notifications during work hours.(it's for my work machine!) This is a problem because when I come in the next morning, I need either to close a million pop-ups, or disable, then enable the app.
- (2016-07-31) Brandi Rake: This is a great app. I have my computer at work muted all day. I get a pop up message in the bottom right corner of my screen when I need to get up from my desk for a bit. I like that I don't have to rely on a sound to notify me and that I can set it up for any range of times that I want at any moment. Simple and effective. Love it!
- (2016-03-07) Samphire Kirby: Doesn't work reliably and it's bad that they pile up and you have to close them all if you leave your desk for too long
- (2015-07-19) Richard L: A card pop-ups every 30 min and says "Its time for break. or whatever.." No revolutionary for the Internet, but does what it says it does.
- (2015-05-21) Rahul Pundir: Works well as expected! Simple to use.
- (2015-04-30) Kaysi: Can only set one reminder and when you check it the timer starts over. I'd like to be able to see "oh, I have 8 minutes ok". Instead, it just resets so I have to wait even longer. Uninstalling :(
- (2015-04-30) Marketing Golf in South Africa: This app is AWESOME! I love how it pops up and the disappears. It reminds you to take a break, but its not in your face and irritating like some other ones.
- (2015-03-18) Stephanie Welch: Does exactly what I want.
- (2015-01-19) Ben Farmer: Does the basic job just fine, but it is kind of annoying that when I come back after leaving the computer on standby overnight I have to close a whole pile of reminders that have built up.
- (2014-09-30) didnt really alert me at all
- (2014-09-21) Paul Wilcock: Love this app, but would love it even more if I could specify "hours of operation" ie working hours. :)
- (2014-09-12) Nenad Mijatovic: A simple app that does exactly what it is supposed to.
- (2014-08-12) Viviana Calzado: Useful for the awareness of the passage of time. Very simple. I'll be nice the possibility of adding sound but for me it works perfectly like that.
- (2014-07-24) Courtney Burkett: It did absolutely nothing after several hours.
- (2014-06-03) Nat G: Only one alarm; and takes from the current time.
