- (2021-03-26) Elliot W: Thought maybe they'd update to make it playable without flash. Nope, they didn't bother. Stupid af.
- (2020-08-13) Amber Moreno: dont get this game you will regret it
- (2020-02-08) Graham Reibling: it will not let me take it off now that i have downloaded it
- (2019-04-14) Haniel Yan: Horrible rip off of plague inc. I tried the game and they noticed me when it said my visibility was 0. 0!!! When I got ALL the transmissions they said my infectivity was at 0. Not to mention you cant even see the whole screen at the same time but only parts of it. Sure its not important for anything except seeing the countries you have infected severely, but its kind of annoying.
- (2018-12-18) Ritvik Mussani: It was terrible.
- (2018-08-20) James Hubbell: It claims to be the predecessor of Plague Inc, but this looks like it could be, or it could be a fake. All in all, the game ran slow on my laptop, was too complicated, and didn't have many of Plague Inc's best qualities.
- (2018-02-21) Kaylynn Walker: Doesn't work. Says flash player is blocked.
- (2017-12-27) Yo Mamma: great
- (2017-08-14) Archer Peers: Brilliant Game, very intuitive, didn't even need the tutorial it links you too. My advice to people playing is to spread the disease before it is very visible, and make it very resistant to many things, then just wait until it is finally noticed and acted against worldwide, and then give it a bunch of symptoms. The only place that strategy didn't kill was Madagascar. Also, this strategy got me rank 37 for the day in the score leaderboard.
- (2017-01-25) Zachery Byron: There needs to be some way to spread illness to the islands, especially given the speed of passenger aircraft today.
- (2017-01-11) CryoRaid: you should be able to choose where you start because if you start anywhere else than Madagascar and they close their port you will inevitably loose
- (2016-12-26) AProphetInAPoet'sClothing: It's a good game. However it is impossible to beat because you cannot infect Peru considering it has no shipyards or airports.
- (2016-11-30) granf dad: I like it but not the most interesting game, reminds me of plague inc.
- (2016-11-11) Bruh Youtube: I would like it better if it was more HD in a kind of way...
- (2016-10-15) Muhammad Fikri Akbar: poor ui
- (2016-09-24) DraekMUGEN: Load game, let it run in background for 3 hours, log onto it,have 100 virus points, get all upgrades and kill humanity in milliseconds
- (2016-05-14) Aidan K: If you like Plague inc. don't get this game, it's impossible to win.
- (2016-05-09) melanie The melon: I love this game so much!!
- (2016-04-03) Based on plague inc. Go buy plague inc, way better.
- (2016-02-07) MRP: Great idea ruined by the fact that you need to get extremely lucky to win.
- (2016-02-04) Devil Craft: awesome
- (2015-12-31) N K (Gratch): Game is broken, you are unable to beat it and with total heart failure it did not kill anyone, find a different game
- (2015-12-17) Anthony Kaminski: If you are looking for a game like Plague Inc. keep looking this game is nothing like it. It makes it much too complicated and takes all the fun out of it
- (2015-10-23) Tristan: It's good:D
- (2015-09-25) Trash Compactor: Couldn't access the tutorial. needs a lot of bugs fixed
- (2015-09-16) Henry Smythe: really basic not so much fun
- (2015-09-16) David Westcott: Plauge inc was a copywright version of this. This came first and its still better than plauge inc! EFF You plauge inc.
- (2015-08-20) Cecil Jr Etienne: love this game sooo much
- (2015-07-04) Kiseli Kupus: Great game!
- (2015-03-28) Brass Gears: aweful
- (2014-12-04) Nicholas Iu: boring
- (2014-10-18) Os Arrocha: there is no way to win this game. Once you start spreading either madagascar or new zealand will close their borders and you can't infect that region ever. Not worth playing this version of the game.
- (2014-10-17) Rob Kaiser: this game is way to hard really hard i recomend plague inc mobile or plague inc evolved they are more realistic and more stuff its alot better game
- (2014-09-23) Holly Benedict: Its okay, Plague Inc (also free to play) is much more entertaining and challenging, this game is more on the cheap knockoff side.
- (2014-09-17) John Layton (Archmage_Myrrdin): Unrealistic in its infection mechanics... If countries reacted to a world wide virus or bacteria like the game does, every developed economy would be shut down, locked away, and the key thrown into the deepest part of the ocean. Honestly think that Plague Inc is a better and more realistic game, even if you can only get the demo on your phone or something. After all, at least with Plague Inc, you can stick to near 0 visibility and no one will freak out and lock down their ports and airports.
- (2014-08-11) Deacon: It is kind of unrealistic, because the governments overreact to the disease, but if they didn't, it wouldn't be very difficult. Then it wouldn't be fun. It also says it was last updated on Oct 28, 2013, thats my birthday I turned 13.
- (2014-07-31) Courtney Lanier: Can't even save the game on my ACER C720. Definite over-reaction from government. Could be more realistic. Otherwise, you've done an okay job.
- (2014-07-07) Daniel Robinette: I don't know if I like the game or not because I couldn't even get the tutorial screen invite to stop BLOCKING the options/menu. The concept sounded fun...But I haven't, as of yet, been able to play...
- (2014-07-06) Shiloh Schlitz: it's fun but i can't win.
- (2014-06-16) dee dee: I love this game its so fun. I killed like 100,000,000,000 in like a few minutes of the game.
- (2014-06-15) john jackson: 5 stars if they fix the madagascar bug. or is that the moral of the story... madagascar will survive... lol
- (2014-06-11) Hawaii Kai: I liked this game, for some reason its very fun.
- (2014-02-02) Jacob Hall: I gave this 3 stars for the fact that this was very unrealistic. I try to focus on spreading my disease before actually killing people. The last time I played this, the only symptom I caused was fatigue. Then when I began spreading, the world was overreacting. Public schools and infrastructure went down as if fatigue is our kryptonite or something. I'd rather search for a much more realistic option than this game.
- (2013-12-24) Lynton Fleming: A word of warning to any who are easily annoyed by untouchable nations. Madagascar, unless you start there, or get there within 60 days of starting, will become completely isolated. Good luck killing them.
- (2013-11-06) H Patzer: I really enjoyed playing this game.
- (2013-10-15) Steven Geer: Really? How in the world did anyone know that they were infected when they didn't have ANY symptoms? That needs to be fixed then I will rate it higher.
- (2013-10-02) Akshay G Sankar: Why did you even release it?
- (2013-09-22) RJ Lumawag: iteresting
- (2013-09-19) Keeps Da Guy: This is a very interesting game. Evolving a disease of your own and spreading it throughout the world can now be both challenging and fun. Though it's simple to play, it's quite enjoyable, and I recommend it.
