Play against AI

- DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS EXTENTION. Once you do, you're permanently stuck with it. It's more than likely a phishing (information stealing) extension. READ the other reviews and support tickets.

- Perfect way to get better at chess if you already know how to play, but there's a few downfalls: 1. I came to a situation where I had to use my King to take a queen and the computer would not let me even though if I did it I would not be taken myself. 2. there was a problem when I jumped my pawn on its first move 2 squares because there was a pawn about to take mine and it still took me and landed in the spot from where I originally jumped from.

- great app with realistic ratings - the computer is brutal on higher settings. There is a cool database where you can see famous games and there is always the take back button if you make a mistake.

- Computer is extremely difficult at the lowest setting. Im new to chess and this is definitely not a game where you can learn to play and get better.

- the computer opponent is very difficult. i know im not the best but i lost in 50 seconds at the lowest level. the camera kept zooming in on to board so i had to keep closing and re opening the game. do not download

- this computer chess game is very good i only wish i could play it offline as well!

- There seems to be a glitch with the app. Although you can adjust the skill level "on paper", the computer opponent still plays like an All-World Chess Champion. I have it set on "very easy" and still lose every game. This is a recent problem so maybe they'll eventually fix it. The graphics are very good.

- this is a smooth game that keeps me learning - i play it almost every day, and have for a couple years now, in between work times - i work online and it is always right here to distract me and give me a break when i need it - never had a prob with performance and i have only risen to about half of the skill i will need to beat the game at high levels - oh yeh, and it's FREE! thanks!
