如何從 Instagram、Facebook 或 Twitch 下載直播：
- 將 Live & Stream Recorder 新增至您的 Chrome 瀏覽器
- 開放式串流平台（IG、FB 或 Twitch）網站
- 點選串流上的“錄製”按鈕。您將看到 google chrome 側面板
- 選擇品質並開始錄製
- 現在您可以關閉直播串流或標籤（視窗）。
重要：錄音過程中請勿關閉側板
不要錯過任何直播！錄製並下載以儲存、編輯、轉發或稍後觀看。

- smooth experience for short videos but for stream like 30 minutes plus i don't know if it can handles.

- It's the best, and I have two requests. 1. it would be nice to be able to save chat transcripts as well. (Another extension I was using before recorded the chat area as well). 2. when saving, I would like to see the progress. The circular loading display is stuck, so I don't know if it's stuck in error or in progress.

- I got a warning: "This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing". Also, after installing, left-clicking on the extension does nothing. So it is incompatible with my existing extensions somehow. For these reasons, I AM OUT.

- This is undoubtedly the most impressive downloader I've encountered. Kudos to the development team! I spent over a week trying to download from a particular channel and tested around 10-15 different software solutions. All of them had issues: either the audio and video were out of sync, or the audio was in a different language. However, with this extension, I was able to download the videos flawlessly. Everything works perfectly. Truly amazing. Thank you so much!
