- (2021-04-22) Paracelsus: Off Line PDF reader.. Only issue; there are 3 ways to magnify, but only one way to scroll - drag and drop. Why oh why would you not scroll using the mouse scroll wheel? Scroll to magnify when you already have that function in the tool bar?
