• (2023-01-18) John Glasgow: Been using this app on my Mac and Chromebook for 12 months, works really well simple and easy to use, only niggle I have is that it tends to lose the plot when used with a second screen and your pc goes into sleep mode. But since I can do all my prep on my Mac and use the chromebook + a teleprompter to present the scripts it satisfies my requirements perfectly. Worth noting that Google have withdrawn support for this and many other older chrome apps from Dec 2022. So you may not be able to use this on a chromebook for much longer

• (2019-11-13) Chris Englund: Works perfectly on my Asus Chromebook 434 Flip C434. I want to do Karaoke of Tom Wait's "Big Joe & Phantom 309" but couldn't find any Karaoke version. Sooo,,, I pieced together some slow walking bass jazz and put Wait's lyrics onto this app. Since nothing needs to sync, I'll just start the music & speak in whatever tempo I desire, then fade out the music when done. Wish I'd had this for a YouTube vid I made! Thanks Tom for your gift to the Google world.

• (2018-04-03) Madeleine Craig: It doesn't work. I hit the start button, it shows a pause button for a fraction of a second and then goes back to showing the play button. I read all the great reviews this thing is getting, but it does absolutely nothing for me. Thought maybe I'd be able to use my Chromebook and simplify the work I had to do to use a teleprompter, but alas, no dice.
• (2017-12-01) Michael Sorrentino: This is a WONDERFUL piece of software. We use it every day in our video production business. I have tired lots of other software and everything is either buggy, is slow, or has a lto of limitations. Telly Prompt is simple, easy to use, and responsive. Anything else (besides Telly Prompt) that is worth looking at is crazy expensive. I use a macbook air, connected to an external monitor, and it's flawless. THANK YOU!

• (2017-09-18) John W. Bakas, Jr.: Works perfectly on my Acer Chromebook. TellyPrompt had a lot more ways to customize the presentation than I expected. Does everything I need. Very easy to use. As I set it up, I would see something I wanted to change, text size, background color, margins, etc. It was all right there in the well designed settings. The scroll is very smooth.
• (2017-08-16) Tam Black: Unable to make it autoscroll, which is my only reason for downloading. If I have to hold down the 'play' button to make it work, a word processor would suffice.

There was an issue with the mirroring, but that has been fixed. Tim was very quick to respond and work to get the problem resolved. Nicely done!
