  • (2016-06-29) Zane Myers: It would be great if it would show up anywhere on the ribbon bar. Otherwise it does nothing which is what it is doing on Chrome for me. If I want to use it online, I have to go to the website and sign in. Not much of an app if you ask me. Workflowy is nice but this bookmark didn't work.
  • (2016-06-12) Jakob Jan Steffen: A very unique and awesome app.
  • (2016-06-05) Rob Vel: This is the perfect companion app, first thing I open up when I turn on the computer (useful that its on ios too although not the perfect app on that)
  • (2016-05-24) B: This app has been at the core of getting things done in my life for 3 years now. I start my digital morning with it, and end my day with it. If Steve Jobs had created a todo app, it would have been WorkFlowy. To the WF staff - thank you for keeping it beautifully simple and intuitive.
  • (2016-02-14) Alain Lesage: Great app for noting everything I note. It has become my todo applications (after trying so many of them!) and also my note-keeping app. I used to keep notes in various places (Simplenote, Evernote, documents) now the choice is easy: if it is something I collect (web clippings, PDFs), it goes in Evernote, if it is something I write myself, it goes in Workflowy! I don't have to look in many places and the search engine in Workflowy is blazzing fast. Everything I write: todos, meeting notes, software comparisons, travel plans or projects, etc.
  • (2015-11-17) Together with the WorkFlowy Code Formatter I find it very helpful in finishing projects. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/workflowy-code-formatter/kglihipcanlbglgikjghocmbbbbkfemn
  • (2015-05-07) marwan naser: best prog in the world and free smart % % % 1000000000
  • (2015-03-26) Bryce Fellbaum: It said free. It was free until it was partly set up. Then there would be a charge to keep going. I suppose it might be worth paying for but that is not my point.
  • (2014-11-19) Josh Haines: It looks a little simplistic at first, but once you realize you can zoom forever on task lists, you realize that just about everything can be put in here one way or another. Great app.
  • (2014-09-18) Jellymelovekris Jacobe: thank its good
  • (2013-12-30) John Mauney: This bookmark based app version of Workflowy is extremely useful on my Chromebook where I can launch multiple instances (which the app cannot do)
  • (2013-10-11) Bradley Park: I've been using Workflowy for a while now and really love it. I don't use it as a "to-do" list, but as writing tool for gathering notes, organizing ideas, brainstorming, and outlining papers. It is easy to master its functions in less than 10 mins, so it is really transparent and allows you to get right to work. I love that it is easy to organize, fast, efficient, flexible, and elegant. I'd highly recommend it.
  • (2013-09-08) Brian Thompson: BOOKMARKS are NOT APPS. As a bookmark, this "app" is pretty good -- five stars. But I've been asked to rate this as an App, so -- one star. The one redeeming thing I see about this bait-and-switch is that the app maker admitted that it's a bookmark ("WorkFlowy Bookmark"). Still, I find it very hard to trust in the face of sneaky marketing tactics.
  • (2013-09-02) Matthew Romero: Literally the first tab opened every day. As a "Getting Things Done" (GTD) aficionado this is my go-to app for keeping it all organized and out of my head while easily accessible. Simple, easy, flexible, elegant. The only things I'm waiting for are already on their list of things they're working on (offline access, Android app, dates/reminders) and I've no doubt they'll be fantastic when they arrive.
  • (2013-09-01) HR_T HR_T: Very useful. It is one of my best outliner.
  • (2013-08-30) Michael Hayes: Been using this for a few years, it's awesome: simple, fast and very useful for maintaining a library of info
  • (2013-08-22) Hiroshi Tsukuda: Simple but best web outliner. This is what I was looking for.
  • (2013-08-11) Nils Janse: Best app ever!
  • (2013-07-25) Thomas Snyder: COULD BE THE ONLY PROGRAM I USE - if, as promised, there were an offline mode.
  • (2013-07-15) Chris Herren: I've been looking for this app everywhere. It is simply perfect in terms of what I needed. It's simple, functional, looks up-to-date, runs quickly, and allows you to subcategorize things to the extreme limits. The search function is fantastic, and there are lots of other subtle additions everywhere. Can't be more happy. Perfect for in class notes. Thank you :)
  • (2013-07-06) Ростислав Богданович Порайко: Hi,guys! I realy love your app! And I even started to put all my plans and organisation of my bisness into it. But now WorkFlowy just doesn't start at all. I would be really greatfull for you help. Thanx
  • (2013-06-24) Seth Mazow: Workflowy is the best thing ever.
  • (2013-05-06) Ernest Hebert: This app is not only best outliner I've ever used but it's a very capable data base for just about anything you want to keep track of. It's my calendar, my ToDo list, and the zillion notes I jot down when I'm writing a novel.
  • (2013-05-01) Kapil Rakh: Absolutely useful app. I liked the use of @ and #.
  • (2013-04-28) Danuja Pathirana: Just what I was looking for a simple GTD implementation
  • (2013-04-16) David Patrick Doran: Simple works GREAT!!
  • (2013-04-06) CCMoon: Exactly what I was looking for! It's really simple, effective and easy to use. It's perfect to organize ideas, outline projects, make to do lists, and anything you want into sub-sections. I love it!!
  • (2013-04-05) Michele Jones: So far, so good. I really like the smooth, simple look and function of it. I like that you can easily cut & paste things from Evernote without formatting problems. The zoom in/out and collapse/expand functions are quick and allow me to create huge to-do lists without it getting overwhelming. One suggestion: Consider putting the how-to information in a page in addition to the videos. It's just a personal preference, but I rather skim over the information in annotated screenshots and just get to using the tool instead of going through a step-by-step.
  • (2013-03-22) Charlie Fisher: Simple and perfect.
  • (2013-03-21) Juan Carlos Gallego Sánchez: I love it. So simple as powerfull. I use it everyday, as an outliner, information organizer, notes on the go, ... Pro is a little expensive imho, but free version is completely functional and useful.
  • (2013-01-31) Aakif Aslam: Loved it. Nice design, like the tags feature, and great in general
  • (2013-01-25) Jehad Affoneh: This is such a great app. I finally found the to-do app I will be actually using!
  • (2013-01-24) Swapnil Arolker: It's got me addicted .. love the part that you not only can share your notes, but also collaborate the notes from other workflowy users . Just Awesome!!
  • (2013-01-09) Dustin Michels: Had a really hard time finding a to do app that was slick, simple, flexible, and let me organize things into sub-sections. This is perfect. Thank you!
  • (2012-12-20) Marshall Ponzi: Simple, elegant, powerful. Love this app for organizing thoughts. I think in outlines (and mindmaps) a lot! Also a great presentation tool for walking clients thru, and sharing those thoughts. IMHO, one thing would make this one of THE best productivity apps ever. That is, offline editing. Been promised since the beginning. Waiting patiently for delivery!
  • (2012-12-14) Hiko S: Best one!
  • (2012-11-20) Patrick Honorez: Fantastic product, super simple and super powerfull. Use it as a (sharable) to do list, an outliner, a GTD tool, a brain stormer...your imagination is the limit. All with a clean minimalistic interface that is the landmark of quality developement. And it works in a mobile browser. The Chrome "app" seems to be just a shortcut to the site, but anyway, I highly recommend Workflowy for individuals or small teams.
  • (2012-11-17) Ted Yankello: After trying to use Outlook and dozens of web-based productivity tools for task and simple project management, a friend turned me on to Workflowy. I love Workflowy Simple, intuitive and powerful. Copy and paste? Easy. Export text? A cinch. Import a simple Excel project matrix? Ctrl-V and a little massaging is all that's needed. Have I mentioned that I love Workflowy? Just try it already.
  • (2012-10-15) Ali Azarian: It's very simple and perfect. I suppose that it's very helpful. Specially I liked the export text which is nice.
  • (2012-09-25) Milos: I had a problem, Mike quickly replied with a helpful suggestion, problem solved, back to work... :)
  • (2012-09-21) Will Stone: I've tried about 20 different note taking / task management platforms and workflowy is the hands-down winner. As soon as they make an API, I will immediately build an offline-capable chrome extension for it.
  • (2012-09-04) Salvador Faria: Very nice tool
  • (2012-08-17) website is great, the mobile version needs some help (the last word typed disappears)
  • (2012-08-08) Aaron Z Lewis: A beautifully simple tool to handle incredibly complex lives. Rad!
  • (2012-08-07) Raymond Chiu: simple but POWERFUL tool
  • (2012-06-17) Joanna Wojtkowiak: love it. it's perfect!
  • (2012-05-23) Noah Jones: I can't add text. For some reason it's not letting me. But when I do, I'm sure I'll like Workflowy. The videos were cool.
  • (2012-05-22) Ryan Schuetzler: I love WorkFlowy. Definitely the to do list I have stuck with the longest. It's great to have free-form organization of my list, with some handy tools for collaboration and organization.
  • (2012-05-17) Eric Drouillard: Best task management system every - and I've tried a lot of them. Easy to navigate around, easy to reorganize to suit the needs of any task. Has a great little mobile site that makes it a snap to add items on the go; syncing is painless (just load/refresh the app/site). I can scarcely imagine life before Workflowy. It's the first thing that beats the flexibility of pen and paper. I use it for taking notes on books and meetings, organizing tasks, brainstorming... it can really be your memory in the cloud.
  • (2012-05-14) Workflowy is the best out there. I personally tried lots of task managers but I think I found what I really wanted.
