- Are you ADHD like me? Do you find yourself frequently writing a beautiful email telling people all about the file you are attaching and asking them to review it etc. etc. etc. only to find that you FORGOT to ATTACH anything? Embarrassing right?! This works well, if simply - it seems to just have a number of words and phrases that someone would use when they are intending to attach something. If you are going to send something and you have been using that language but then don't have anything attached it tells you "attachment mentioned but not included" or something along those lines, right at the top of the message, and has saved me several times for that embarrassing situation. I had to remove standard boilerplate language my firm has that talks about attachments ("please delete and immediately throw away and never mention if this message or any attachments were sent to you in error" blah blah blah) because that was giving me false "attachment mentioned but not found" and would have made it useless, but once I deleted those references to attachments in my signature it worked like a charm! Highly recommend!
