  • (2020-01-07) Francis Chung: Every time I've tried to replace TimeDoser with something else, I inevitably always come back to it. Still the best Pomodoro App around after all these years. Dare I say, a timeless classic at least in my mind.
  • (2019-11-20) Pandiyan Murugan: its really very cool! everyone should give a try.
  • (2017-12-05) Marlee Cockrum: I love this app. It's so simple and effective. I just have 2 suggestions: •When break ends, send you a text or have a button to get back to work. because if you're in another room, it doesn't help. •Have a list to block distracting sites when working. When you aren't working or are on a break, un-block them. PLEASE USE THESE!
  • (2017-09-18) Ms Kat: It has been really helpful but it's become really buggy lately, with the pause button not functioning correctly, and the timer seeming to not count evenly.
  • (2017-08-25) Michelle Michelle: Simply the best! Thank you very much. Cheers from Brazil.
  • (2017-06-29) Sarah George: I really like this app. However I want to be able to make my work sessions longer than an hour...
  • (2017-03-07) James Wilson: It's simple to use.
  • (2017-02-01) Juan Penagos: Dani... you are a genius! Very good app, not a problem in this second time around that I install it.
  • (2017-01-23) Alicia Cayayan: It was simple and that was what I enjoyed however it became really buggy for me. When I finished studying time and had relaxing time the pop up would appear blank and I would restart the whole process again. Very annoying!
  • (2016-11-30) This is the best productivity timer out there. I've been procrastinating on getting something done all Thanksgiving, and this plus a focus Spotify playlist has had me working harder than ever. I absolutely love this. It's so clean and easy to use, gets the job done.
  • (2016-09-23) James Conigrave: This is a really nicely designed app. The only thing missing are statistics for how many sessions achieved over time.
  • (2016-09-12) Mohsin Mahmood: really loved it :)
  • (2016-08-31) Yuan Aries: not bad
  • (2016-08-22) Adam Royer: I don't understand why the minimum time limit for a work unit is 15min. Would it really be that hard to make it any amount of time you want? I personally prefer to work for 5 minutes and get a 1 minute break.
  • (2016-08-06) Danielle: I like the Pomodoro style of studying, and I find TimeDoser elegant. I like the little sound that signifies you to start or stop studying. However, it's been buggy for me. After one 25 minute session it signals me it's break time, only for the 5 minute break timer was never initiate? It happens sometimes, and it's frustrating because then I've gone over 5 minutes of break. Also, sometimes when I open the app, it's blank white. Also sometimes, it pops up but the settings can't be opened nor the start button can be clicked. I find myself fiddling with TimeDoser a minute or two prior to studying because of those issues.
  • (2016-06-23) Sarah O'Byrne: One of the best pomodoro type apps out there. The removal of the pause option in the latest version makes me not give it 5 stars. I get frequent interruptions in my office and the ability to pause was important to me
  • (2016-05-31) Alex Spieslechner: unfortunately it kind of crashes for me (i think everytime, I'd get to the big break) and it's not possible to click the button or anything else. i need to force close the application and open it again. :/ win10 x64 chrome(most recent) 16gb ram. no issues with other apps
  • (2016-05-12) Yaniv Averbuch: The apps design is soo neat! great job! I think a cool add would be the option to block certain websites/programs while in focus mode, or in general, that will immensely boost productivity and also in my opinion kick this great application another notch ahead! P.S. love the fact you stay tuned to the reviews and follow the suggestions, I filled the survey about the app, and the tracking of actions feature is also a great add, hope to see these things come to life!
  • (2016-05-10) It helps me focus. Sometimes it just stays white and does not do anything except be a white rectangle in the corner if my screen.
  • (2016-05-02) Jeremy Norris: This works just right - attractive, not too many bells and whistles. While I would like a handful of extra features, it's already my preferred focus app.
  • (2016-04-26) Aidan Charde: A good idea, but my biggest hope for it was that it would keep me from procrastinating. All it is is a timer, and it didn't help at all.
  • (2016-04-22) Dennis Sokolov: The app is great. However, today I updated Chrome and it started crashing, lagging etc. Waiting for the app updates for 50.0.2661.87 m (64-bit). As for the app itself, I have nothing bad to say so far. Thank you, Dani!
  • (2016-04-14) lkb: Looks great at first glance!
  • (2016-04-14) Thomas Vuillemin: This app is very useful. It is actually the best pomodoro app that I have tried. BUT there is one major issue : the timer is not accurate at all. I have seen a difference of up to 2 minutes on a 25 minutes timer!! Sadly, I can't rely on it anymore
  • (2016-04-02) bqiao lee: It is very useful !!!!!
  • (2016-03-28) João Dini: So Great, hope you continue making good things like this, really helps, thanks Dani
  • (2016-03-25) Edgar Maynez: Very useful and simple pomodoro app, the only thing that it lacks is a statistics system that other apps have, but I prefer this one in every other aspect. Great work!
  • (2016-03-07) Downloaded several Pomodoro style apps (~4-8. Used to use marinatimer but it's been very unreliable after one round of 4xPomodoro sessions). I find this is one to be the best because it reliably works beyond a few uses (and will for all-nighters); it stays up on your screen regardless of what other tasks/programs you're using; it runs continuously and shifts from task to breaks; it's the most aesthetically pleasing; and initial set up and regular use is effortless. Recommended over Pure Pomodoro, Pomodoro Timer, Moosti and Pomello. And I really, really wanted to like Pomello.
  • (2016-03-01) Joe Reda: Awesome tool. Relatively lightweight, aesthetically pleasing when you want it in the foreground and easily put in the background. Pro tip: You can pin the timedoser application to the start bar even if you don't want the chrome apps launcher pinned!
  • (2016-02-26) J DG: I love the look and simplicity of this app. It has a lot of potential. Analytics would be nice (along with the task list that is coming soon). I like to see an overview of where my time went over the course of a day or week.
  • (2016-02-21) don´t understand it
  • (2016-02-16) Dario Rodrigues: perfect!
  • (2016-02-10) THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER!!! TimeDoser + StayFocusd = A+ ^ | My logic
  • (2016-02-01) Arun Mohandas: Simple and elegant
  • (2016-01-21) duc anh vu: THIS IS THE BEXT POMODORO APP EVER LOVE THE MATERIAL DESIGN LOOK
  • (2016-01-13) Anwr Odeh: simple and great
  • (2015-12-27) Jeff Rivera: love it, just wish those popups it has would go away.
  • (2015-11-19) Chester Wang: Very often the app does not switch to the next session until I click on the icon; then it jumps up and switch to the next session. For example: My sessions are 25 min work plus 5 min break. Sometimes I will work for almost 40 mins and realize that something is wrong, then I click on the app, and then the app starts counting the 5 min break.
  • (2015-11-15) C G: the interface is excellent
  • (2015-11-13) Orion Tarpley: I was so happy to see it added back in the most recent version! That's why I started using your app again. Thanks for listening to user feedback, Dani!
  • (2015-11-03) Lin Huang: NICE!easy to use, and how gorgeous the interface is.
  • (2015-10-30) Fabien: bug with the pause button (Sometimes after I pause, the countdown keeps going on. Sometimes it is even speeding up. When it happens, I have to relaunch the application.)
  • (2015-10-10) Fred Manly: Simple interface. Works beautifully. What more can you ask for?
  • (2015-10-07) Michael ten Den: Gives you great insight on how much time you've spend on working today. This motivates me and makes me more productive.
  • (2015-10-06) Omer Glick: Great app! Looks amazing and work great. The Only thing I want the developer to add is the ability to pause in the middle of a session.
  • (2015-09-24) Lewis Dexter Litanzios: As a user I want an alarm interaction, rather than just a signal sound (it's too quiet and I miss it), so that I can manage work start/stop times better. Thanks #UXD #FeatureRequest - if you agree reply +1 or vote this up Will update to 5 stars when an/the appropriate feature's added/improved
  • (2015-09-06) Kitty Crawford: I left a negative review awhile back about how the latest update had ruined the app for me. Afterwards, the developer contacted me directly and I've been testing the app with him whilst he's been fixing the issues. It's not 100% there yet (pause button has yet to be reinstalled with the app, but I'm told it'll be coming along shortly), but all the major bugs have been fixed and it's back to working form again! The developer of this app really cares about his products, listens and takes on feedback which is why I'm super happy it's fixed and working again, and why I'll continue using the app as I know it'll continue to improve. Highly recommended!
  • (2015-08-15) Jackie: WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS BEAUTIFUL APP????? It was perfect. In every way. The new graphic design is also so generic. Bring it back bring it back!
  • (2015-08-15) Grace Nunez: The latest version is missing the pause function, which makes this timer useless for me.
  • (2015-08-05) Nathan Sudds: Newest version is working well, thanks! Only outstanding issue for me is the text size in the main notification -- it could be that I'm on a small high res screen. Windows by default suggests a higher percentage text size. Currently on Windows 10 and working well. Like someone else mentioned, it's great for ADHD. The important part now is just remembering to use it daily. Having the icon there, helps -- just wish I could hide that x so I don't close it on myself. And maybe if it could be a bit transparent while the timer is running so I don't have to move it around as much.
