Cloze is like a personal assistant for your professional relationships that is always prompting you at the right moment and remembering what you don’t -- without the hassle of CRM
It pulls from your apps to automatically create one view of every person and company - all their contact details, and your complete history - every email back and forth, your phone calls together, your meetings, your notes on Evernote, documents you exchanged and your interactions on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. We’ll even grab email signatures so your contacts are always up-to-date.
It's all organized for you - by contact, company and meeting - without any busy work.
With everything in one place, Cloze can put advanced data science to work for you. Cloze figures out who is important and keeps them top of mind, and will even remind you to reach out to a contact and refresh a fading relationship.
Cloze organizes by companies too - without any setup. See your complete interaction history with any company, automatically in one place: contacts, email, meetings, phone calls, notes, documents and social media too.
There’s no data entry - Cloze is the automatic way to remember everyone.

What I found is, the app is amazing, simply put it was me, in the beginning there is so much to help, that is was overwhelming. My recomendation is buy it and take your time to get to know it, come back a couple times a week, month etc. Eventually, you will find like everyone else has said, it is the solution to what we need, email, histories, logs of calls and it is seamless. I could go on and on, it allows you to stay focused and once to invest the time getting familiar with cloze you wont want to get off it. oh and Gramaraly works amazing with it so you work and looking tight as you go along. Well done Mr Cote.
- (2017-02-09) Bruce Driggers: I love this app. I'm a solopreneur who doesn't need tons of sales reporting charts or project management modules, all I need is something to keep me focused on my client needs. Cloze does that, spectacularly. I didn't want to jettison my reliance on Google's fabulous suite of tools, but honestly they don't make it very convenient do they? Before Cloze I had 5 apps on my Android (Tasks, Calendar, Contacts, Gmail) that I had to switch between just to access my info. Now I have one. I can make full-featured Google calendar appointments from within Cloze. I can make email templates and do mass mailings. I can send links to Google Docs and Evernote notes for client interaction. I can link up to social networks and access a unified feed. I can go on and on.... Look, I don't know what YOUR needs are, but if those qualities sound appealing to you, by all means download Cloze and start taking advantage. I'm a stark raving fan.
- (2017-01-28) Joao Feldman De Pinho, MD: I'm really not one to tend to write many reviews. Decided to so in this case for the Cloze application. I have been searching for the past few years for a tool that would be an efficient tool to decipher the vast number of emails that I have daily. There are so many choices available and when you google email/crm you get 3 million websites that are somewhat associated with the top CRMs, with a tremendous bias. The second stage took me to install/sign on to a number of these CRMs. Difficult to go through so many of them since in my case , time is scarce and costly. Per chance, I found Cloze in the google extension and ios app store. Even though there were only a few handful reviews, I decided to go ahead and got through one more DRM-alike, so I thought. I'm so glad I did. The management is fantastic, simple and comparing it to sales force, one of my previou tools, is simpler, more direct and efficacious. The AI behind Cloze is very impressive, and it seems to adapt to my needs the more I use it. The learning curve is really easy. I used the free application for the longest time that continued to work even though I had not paid for it. I have decided finally to move on for the paid version, not only because of some additional tools that are useful, also to support the team that is readily available to listen to your needs and work on features that are important to you. This is highly recommended for individuals like me that work in the healthcare field and need to stay on top of their emails, and social media. I'm still learning the system and keep on finding new features. The mobility of this tool as permitted me to install it on all Operating systems that I work with. Love the Ipad app, especially because I work with the pro version. I do not currently use it so much as for sales, because it is not my particular line of work. I have added my marketing team in it and communication is simple, even in complex cases. I know that is always complicated to move to a new platform, although even if I would not have any background on other ones (salesforce), I really think that it easy to learn. Most features you use are self-evident, although I would advise to run through one of their webinars/youtube videos and in 1-2 hours you will be proficient. My final advice is to look around to all the competitors that keep on changing such as Zoho, ..., and decide what's best for you. Hope this review helps others. Disclosure: I have no association with the company Cloze, nor I was ask in any direct or indirect way to write this review.
- (2016-09-15) Howard Greer: The greatest personal CRM app ever! It manages my professional life. I manage western North America and sales have increased plus my available time has increased. Worth every cent!!
- (2016-07-25) Bob Simmons: This has to be one of the nicest UI's of the leading CRM solutions! I just wish it had a GMail sidebar.
- (2016-07-03) B Wilson: Like many others, I have been searching for a CRM, email, task, todo, messaging solution. I've evaluated almost every app on the market (Android, Windows, iOS, web-based), and based upon my comparisons and requirements, I highly recommend Cloze. Cloze is truly an all inclusive, cross-platform solutions for your task, messaging, crm and more. The app is amazing. It is extremely user friendly and very intuitive. I'm amazed at the apps ability to look across all my emails, messages and several social checkpoints and finds and prioritizes the immediate tasks at hand, the people who are most important for me to contact, and the reporting is absolutely amazing. I no longer wade through 1,000's of marketing 'fluff' emails, and I'm now directed to the people that matter most. The app is similar to IQTELL, and the price is the highest I've paid for any app, but this app is well worth the investment. The app itself, does the work of several other subscription based apps. It's an AIO, workhorse that when used correctly, will save you hours of wasted time and keep you focused on customers and prospects who matted the most to your bottom line. The user interface for Cloze is far superior to IQTELL, the app has more 'deep-dive' tools, and set-up and use is so easy, especially if you have thousands of contact and even more emails. One thing I've noticed, and i've forwarded this information to CLOZE development, the more social media and email accounts I add, the slower CLOZE runs. At times, the app is very laggy and maneuvering between emails can be very tedious and time-consuming. If CLOZE development can fix this issue, the faster I can work through tasks, emails and messages, which will allow me more time to do other work projects. Cloze is a great product. I do highly recommend the app, and there is a free trial period so you can check out some of the features. Kind regards.
- (2016-06-01) Aussie Transport: We have had several issues, couple were fixed. Our main issue is, that Support is email based only. They dont have anyway for you to contact a live person, and refuse to work via phone. As this has been a big issue, as they only want you to send screen shots of your issues. Very difficult to work with.
- (2016-04-23) Sachindra Puthran: At the outset, Cloze looked quite complex, but when i customised it and connected all the accounts, I realised the depth and simplicity by which it can analyse and recommend the right next steps. I loved the features and also the usefulness of each feature. As a small design agency, my business interactions and development has already shown results. Thinking of subscribing if I get a better Discount code on yearly rates.
- (2016-04-14) Cathy Fanning: Have used many, many different CRM products. Have found Cloze to be very thorough, user friendly and straight forward. Syncing is simple and it works.
- (2016-04-06) R Skippy Gard: Just what I have been looking for
- (2016-03-05) Mark K: Love this app! I have tried 6 CRM apps in the last 2 years and by far this is the best one.
- (2016-02-23) Candy Rice: i had to pay for it
- (2015-12-29) Kevin O'Day: Just got this last night and am really excited about the possibilities. I downloaded it to my iPhone and it really is amazing. Love the Evernote integration. Is seamless.
- (2015-10-08) Scott Hills: I have evaluiated over 6 CRM's for the price and info given with mobile app it is the best!!
- (2015-08-12) Paul Griswold: Gets better with each release. A great dev team who listens to their customers. This is honestly the first app of it's kind I've been willing to pay for.
- (2015-06-15) Amy Kennedy: I used this app a few months ago on my iphone 6 plus and absolutely LOVED it. I am no longer using Cloze due to the monthly subscription price I have been the sales manager at a multi location car dealership for seven years and would have loved to have something like this for my salesman as opposed to the traditional CRM that only logs phone calls, emails and letter sent. I think this app has a few very small problems - none of which are deal breakers stopping me from using the product myself...however the price is too high for me to use as a startup, as our budget is extremely small (virtually non-existent) for the first year. I am scheduled to open my own dealership in a couple of weeks and actually came across the app while searching for "free CRM" in the app store and I fell in love with it immediately- i had no idea the price would jump to $20 a month or I may have never tried it to begin with as I have so much to do starting my own biz. While I currently cannot afford something that has a price of $20 a month per person, I am certain that this will be something I will come back to next year so I am actually glad that i did not know the price upfront. I believe in the sales world, apps such as Cloze will be "the next big thing." I hope you will consider offering a group discount as I would love to pay a SIGNIFICANTLY reduced price so that I can afford to use this product for my business. Perhaps in the future you can even offer extended "free time" or discounted monthly rates when a customer shares or advertises Cloze on a social site that results in a new download (or purchase)of the app. For example if I shared Cloze on FB and three friends tried the app or one friend signed up for paid service you would extend my free time by one month or give me a $5 per month credit for every new subscription. Again I love this app for for now I will continue searching for something that is free. Just know that after using this app, all others will be so basic as Cloze is the ultimate relationship management app! Kudos to the developer! Once my biz gets off the ground i will be back!
- (2015-04-17) Ning Cao: good
- (2015-04-14) Tarek Tarabichi: I've suggested a few points and would love to see them implemented to hit the 5 Stars :) Otherwise Job well done
- (2015-03-20) Leon Parnas: Lots of promise and well conceptualized, but doesn't yet work well enough to be useful. Many minor defects and a few not-so-minor ones, no support or even a way to submit a defect. No search function in the "inbox" - only in contacts. Not customizable enough across the board. Will definitely come back in a few months and see if it's improved.
- (2014-06-16) Vladimir Vasquez: I been using it for a few days and it has reconciled me with my social networks, it's not perfect, but helps a lot.
- (2013-10-27) Justina Cerra Lucas: This app has SO MUCH potential, but it just doesn't do it for me. Getting new updates is a hassle because you have to manually refresh the page. It's also irritating in the fact that it doesn't actually sync all your contacts from every source. I receive an overwhelming amount of updates from Facebook, but almost none from Twitter and none at all from LinkedIn, yet on my dashboards for both my Twitter and LinkedIn pages, I'm seeing constant updates. As far as the Facebook updates go on this, you can't keep up with conversations because originals aren't seen. For example, if someone posts a comment to a picture or a status update, all you see is the comment itself and not the original post. What's the point of keeping up with the conversation that way? When someone does post a picture and you do see it, though, the pictures are so large that you have to scroll to see them, and you can't see the entire picture in one window. Again, defeating the purpose of viewing media on the app because to see it you'll have to go to the actual Facebook webpage. As far as the "teams" go on here, you have to have a company email that is confirmed via Cloze, SO annoying if you want to use it for social purposes only. The layout is really interesting and I could see this app becoming really useful with an update, but until that update comes along I just don't see it sticking around long on my desk.
- (2013-08-18) Georgia Woodall: wouldnt let me login at all
- (2013-05-24) Jose Dominguez-Urosa: I just started today but it seems quite a useful app. Thank you, Eugenio
- (2013-03-05) Qwiksylvr 2012: It's helpful to keep things all in one place. It's very overwhelming in areas though.
- (2013-01-16) Gergely Bényi: First thing I noticed was that it didn't track comments in my facebook groups or google chat. Because of this, the whole fancy scoring system is useless. Looks nice tho, and support is very friendly and helpful.
- (2012-11-13) Marton Aminger: What a great project'
- (2012-10-13) Tom Biamonte: Great way to keep connected!
- (2012-10-12) Caitlin Melnick: Cloze is super helpful... I never miss anything from my emails and social channels since it pulls together Gmail, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook into one easy view.
