Plus, It comes with a Custom timer to set your own limits for rest and work. I adore this, It really helps remind me to check the time and not only keep my eyes healthy, but to remind me to get up stretch get a drink and get back to work, There's really no reason not to just try it out :^)

It allows us to set different time periods for work, and gives a proportionate rest time, too. If I'm really into whatever I'm doing, there is the option of taking a break "In a few minutes..." I work continuously for long hours on the computer. This helps me takes care of my eyes. Thanks a lot to the developer! :)

Anonymous 2016-02-09: Great design, great functionality, doesn't require permissions like many spyware extensions do. Only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't start automatically, but hopefully that gets added soon.
