- Only updated seven of my 15 accounts. I followed the instructions. If this can be fixed, I'll be happy to adjust my review and purchase the product. (edit: after installing the extension and trying it a few times, I logged out/in of both Monarch and Projection Lab, and that did the trick. It works! This will save a lot of time, good stuff).

- It's a convenient tool for sure, but having to open both sites in the tabs is a bit annoying (e.g. i would love to be able to automate this without having to take these additional steps), but the documentation is very clear and installation is really easy. totally worth it!

- Saves me an enormous amount of time from manually updating account values from Monarch. Greatly improves the projection lab experience. The directions are clear (there are several precise steps to follow to get it to work - but easy once initially done). If you run into issues, the developer is quick to respond and resolve or offer some other solution.

- Needs a time limited free trial. Extension seems kind of "cobbled together" without enough polish to trust it will actually work after I pay. For instance, the link for instructions on how to generate an API key just dumps you on some API documentation without any actual information. I was able to get the API key by digging around, but I should not have to do that. I'm not going to pay $15 to find out if this cobbled together extension works. If it had a free trial, I would be able to test it first and pay if it works, but not paying as it stands.

- I have been trying everything and not able to get sync to work between accounts configured in Monarch and ProjectionLab. I have a "now" plan as my only plan in ProjectionLab. So far have spent about three hours messing around with this. I really don't want to do it manually.

- No ability to test out sync without being charged $15. Followed instructions, wasted a bunch of time manually updating account names to match, and still no sync.

- Same issue as above. I had originally put in a 1 star review, but discovered that it needs and existing plan to work. This should be clearly added to the setup instructions. All working nicely now.

- Changing my review. This extension needs at least one plan to work. Just did my first successful update. Worked perfectly.
