What an extraordinary level of service! The product is about perfect for tracking all of your interactions chronologically and quickly setting up next steps. If you used ACT before, this is 1,000 times better.
- (2018-07-19) Ron McCord: I am a Real Estate agent. Was looking to move from Outlook after 20 years to something more modern and that integrated with Google Apps which I just Joined. I Wanted it to be Small Bus oriented. I did not want features that did not apply to me. I researched and went on trials with around 20 crm products. I looked at Insightly and ProsperWorks closely (others base, contactually, agile, capsule, zoho, nutshell, pipedrive, any that offered a free trial lol) One reason I left Outlook was to get a great looking bright interface, ProsperWorks has the drabbest interface, also one of the more expensive and still missing features compared to Insightly which is cheaper. Insightly has more features than ProsperWorks but more than I wanted and did not have that Wow feeling I was looking for. I gave OnePageCrm a try and instantly the clean look and colors of the Action Stream caught my attention! If you like the new Gmail inbox and keeping things simple this is the Crm for you! The Action Stream is unique among Crm Products I tested. Also, I like how Skype is integrated, I also like the simple Deal Selection. If I have a commission pending I can just put the amount since I do not care for Pipeline activities. Reporting is good also, when I call someone the call notes window pops up and I can track how many calls I have made for any period. I use 95% of the features including Custom Fields, Labeling all of them except Pipeline. This is a simple & Brilliant Crm and only 12 bucks a month for everything! I have also used their tech support and talked with someone live on the telephone and by emails. They are based in Ireland, I kind of like! Now to be perfect and receive a 5+ star there is one thing I am hoping for will be in place in 2017 and I know will eventually be in place as I have discussed it with their Sales people. In short if you live your life this way " Simplicity is the Ultimate Sophistication" and GTD this more than any other I have found fits for Salespeople working on their Bus Relationships. Works well with Google Apps, Evernote, Skype the Tools I use! My advice, add this to your Free Trials when testing Crm Products, it is unique. Update July 2018 Two Features I pushed for One Page Actually Developed 1. Email Merge a bulk email to your Contacts!! 2. This one is Amazing and better than any other Crm I can find, Google Contact Sync one at a time.. Instead of syncing all of your contacts to google, including contacts you do not want. You can add a contact to One Page and push a button it will then go to Google Contacts! 3. Social Media button to accent your contact info!! These are all incorporated since my last review now still a few things missing on my wish list but I have confidence that this CRM company is listening.. Wish list... search one page notes and description section. A little better tag management a few other quibbles I will mention to them... 5starPlus review ( one of their sales reps did a custom import for me of my data Kudos to Support Staff!
