A communication software that limits communication between my business and clients isn't a very good communication software. Why would this be set up like this? The payment is subscription, why limit communications in a communications software? Bait and switch as well.
- (2015-10-02) Mango Moving Labor: I know this is a great program however when you go to download it it says trailing common isn't supposed to be at the end of the code , please fix download issue so I can put it on my computer thanx.
- (2015-07-09) Kayla Clark Saltz: NOT FREE! Bait and Switch. Calender basics are not available. And, worse, the wording suggests that the free mode will contain the basics, so I didn't find out until I'd spent hours filling out information and setting it up.

I contacted vCita, and they made the changes to their system that I had requested - Now it does exactly what I need it to do - that is what I call great customer service! I am a convert, and my clients are loving it too. I have left my old online booking service of 7 years, it was a no brainer.
