Tony Matters 2016-03-09: I've tried a few apps like this, TeamGantt seems to be the one that's sticking with the team. It's great to be able to get an overview of resource availability. We've had no technical issues with the app whatsoever, so all in all very good.

Ken Spinks 2016-02-29: I like the features of this software, but wish it was more flexible. It allows scheduling of tasks, but automatically spreads the estimated hours over all days. If you include weekends to schedule maintenance or go-live tasks, it spreads hours for all tasks over 7 days a week. It doesn't let you track hours (actually completed) by days and/or week, only by task. Last, it doesn't allow you to link a Google doc directly to a task like you can a Word/Excel doc. You have to embed a url in the comments section.

Of course it lacks a little bit of the very-high end functionality that some enteprise PM packages offer (that you pay in the thousands for), but it easily handles the vast majority of both simple and complex projects that my consulting firm has.

We have only started using it a couple of weeks ago, but it is so easy to set projects up in it that we can now perform all the basic set-up functions. The short videoclips that are provided to help people get started are helpful and straight-forward. I would recommend it without reservations to any team wanting to organise and streamline their projects, involving everybody easily and increasing the communication and motivation of the team.

It is the only one I have found that you can view the status of multiple projects together--most programs only let you view one project at a time. It combines what we need (detailed task lists and comments) with what our boss needs (simple reporting/printing and high-level overviews of where projects stand). It does take time to setup all team projects (if each is different like ours) and time to understand all of the functionalities, but worth the effort!
