- (2025-06-19) Jaxon Dozier: This is one of my extensions I use. I like it, and use it to make memes. The best feature is that you can sync it by using your browsers sync feature.
- (2025-05-14) Lynn Thompson: works just as advertised!
- (2025-05-05) Daniel Mendes: Even before using, just after installing, it affects pages loading, such as on X.com that is loaded blank.
- (2025-04-24) Daan: Amazing! I can finally add swear words and slurs to Wikipedia!
- (2025-04-08) Quin Brown: Works well! I just wish there were a small tutorial on what "match whole word" and "use regex" exactly do, as I'm not sure.
- (2025-03-09) Talulah Wednesday: Does what it says on the tin. I can finally block out slurs, thank you.
- (2025-01-30) The AC: Was hopeful. But doesn't actually do anything.
- (2025-01-26) joyful sapling1: Amazing! I can finally block swear words.
- (2025-01-20) Abaha Bro: I appreciate the help, the problem for me was that I set up the websites like I used to on the google extension settings --> https://example.com/ and when I switched to --> example.com it started working properly. Also something that'd be helpful would be a way to allow multiple replacements at once to change match by case, whole word, regex. It gets tedious when you have many replacements.
- (2025-01-16) erthefgsrt egerh4rth: terrible, doesn't work.
- (2025-01-03) Riley Wimberley: works great, this is exactly what i was looking for! couldn't recommend more
- (2024-12-18) Юлия Волкова: That is the only app that managed to replace text in Notion App! You still have to click on each paragraph though, so if your text is huge, it will take lots of time. But in my case, I prefered just clicking each paragraph to replace symbols, then rewriting them manually!
- (2024-12-08) Matt Roberts: Great extension! It's so easy to use and I love how you can customize it. Well done!
- (2024-11-22) Mike Herman: Superb. Use chrome's built in translate to read stories in other languages, but sometimes it has trouble with the non-english punctuation marks. (For instance, changing "?" to "? ") As soon as I set up a rule, it would instantly change all the punctuation marks across the whole page without missing a single one, and properly included the trailing space I included. Maybe you're thinking... "So what? That's what it's supposed to do." ... EXACTLY! I've tried several other extensions that are supposed to do the same thing, and THEY FAILED. They either didn't add the trailing space, or didn't catch all instances of the punctuation mark... or both failures simultaneously. In addition you can choose whether a rule is case sensitive, must match the whole word, or can use regular expressions... This extension absolutely goes above and beyond what I was expecting. I wish I could award it bonus stars.
- (2024-10-14) Amy Matta: so good! really easy to use and quite customisable!! i love it :)
- (2024-10-07) Frostfire613: Exactly what I needed and the fact that you can choose for it to be NOT case sensitive is even better as it saves a lot of time.
- (2024-09-26) Dave Strider: I don't write reviews, I hate reviews, reviews never tell me anything. But here I am writing a 5 star review because of how god damn good this is. If you want something that makes it simple as a few clicks to do like 99% of what you wanna do? This is it. Come get it. Thanks for this awesome replacer, it's really bloody helpful.
- (2024-07-30) Phillip: Works great, thank you!
- (2024-06-18) Ellie Ragas: Ditto. Exactly as advertised! Better than the other extensions for this!
- (2024-05-14) Sam Bayless: Works exactly as advertised. Doesn't require knowledge of RegEx for case-sensitive replacement or to match whole words.
- (2024-03-30) Najd Nagati: Just wanted to say Word Replacer Max is awesome but A save and share feature for custom rules would be incredible Thanks
