Not sure what is the reason, just happened all of a sudden. Happy to revise the rating if this could be fixed or if I can get back the access to my earlier pinned chats.

FYI to other users, if 'pin' doesn't appear in the three dot menu, it could be a clash with another GPT plugin. I just uninstalled another plugin (which i never use) so this was sorted in 5 secs.
• (2024-09-03) Alex Mercurie: EDIT: i did notice now, that in the email i received, there was a link i could've used - after doing so everything worked out fine... the extension itself is great.. only thing i would've recommend is adding you mail to the website so it will be easier to contact you. -- paid for a Lifetime License - it said that i should enter ChatGPT via a link they'll provide, but after 10 minutes of waiting the button was still stuck on "processing". i refreshed - and got to the checkout page again. found no way to contact developer, or any other support mail. and my PayPal was charged.

However, from what I've seen, it doesn't seem to be possible to open the menu for the chats (to delete, change name, etc.) when you have them pinned - hence 4 stars, aside from that, it's a 5.
