- (2017-03-18) Chris Ambas: This product is horrible. I have used it intermittently from 2011. It does not reliably save my work. I have lost countless files and countless hours of my life. The company's technical support has never proffered a solution to this problem. I thought that the online version might have afforded it's users the option of reliably saving their work. Nope. So, I've asked for a refund. What a disappointment. This really could have been useful product, if just had the capacity to save my work.
- (2016-02-06) Dave Cöen: First of all, I should have been more cautious about this suite for creating flowcharts that ends up the size of 4KB. Second of all, I will help you to decide right now, without having to install it and get disappointed with the following: With a free account you can: create maps with the editor view maps created and shared by others look through the guides and help files upgrade to one of Rationale's subscription plans With a free account you can't: save maps export images, text files and PDFs of your maps share your maps access E-book access Tutorials I don't mind paying, truth be told I'm still pondering getting a subscription. HOWEVER, I'm just dismayed by yet another cool extension that 'forgets' to specify that it's a free… trial version. App itself: works and feels very well designed. 4/5 stars from layout and technical standpoint, final grade significantly lowered because of the mentioned omission in regard to free version in the app description.
